Abstract: Industrial process measurement and control equipment is the basis for survival and development of the mechanical industry, related to the lifeblood of the national economy, at the same time, industrial measurement and control equipment widely used at high temperature and strong corrosive environment, with high reliability requirements. Traditional reliability analysis method is derived from electrical and electronic industry, based on the probability and statistics, in conformity with industrial measurement and control device characteristics, greatly limits the development of industrial measurement and control industry reliability, this paper presents a reliability based on failure physics theory analysis method, found the fault mode, with the simulation analysis and physical test, the product has carried on the accurate life is expected to verify the feasibility of this method, the reliability method worth to further research and promotion.

Abstract: The connotation of green printing and packaging was discussed, the fact was clarified that green printing and packaging was the inevitable trend of the sustainable development of printing and packaging industry in a low-carbon economy. The major problem faced with the current printing and packaging industry was analysed, effective measures were provided to actively promote the development of green printing and packaging industry, which gives some theoretical guidance to accelerate the development of green printing and packaging.

Abstract: In the management of scientific research, we must optimize the configuration of funding and support the major scientific research project with higher academic value and application value. In this paper, the problem of screening and evaluation of major scientific research projects in the management of scientific research is studied. The index system for evaluating the scientific research project is designed, and two comprehensive evaluation models of scientific research projects are established based on the theory of fuzzy mathematics and grey system. It provides the basis for the objective and scientific evaluation and optimization of scientific research project.

Abstract: Production operations management is never perfect, and production operations management failure is inevitable which leads to product harm crisis. Product-harm crisis is well publicized events that products are found to be dangerous to consumer or have defective attributes. Frequent occurrence of product harm crisis recent years are attracting more and more researchers, but the existing researches do not give specific guidance for enterprises to recover brand trust product harm crisis. This paper confirmed affective strategy, informational strategy, and corrective strategy were effective strategies to product harm crisis, and perceived justice is the important mediation between these strategies and brand trust.

Abstract: Under electricity market environment, it is very important how to calculate available transfer capacity (ATC) of power grids with high speed and precision, and how to ensure its safety and stability. In order to resolve the issue more effectively and operate the power systems more efficiently, in this paper an co-evolutionary strategy is proposed for ATC estimation based on particle swarm optimization (PSO) and artificial fish swarm algorithm (AFSA), where PSO and AFSA are respectively improved to boost the efficiency. In the end, simulation studies show that the proposed method is capable of estimating ATC with high speed and sufficient precision.

Abstract: The gas is one of the most important factors that endanger the security of the mine production. At present, the mine has only realized the real-time monitoring of gas, but not the forcasting of gas.There are some limitation of the traditional forcasting method, such as modeling subjectivism and statistical forcasting. This paper presents the gas emission forecasted method by using chaos time series forecasting,and on this basis to establish time-series forecasting models. The results show that the gas emission system has the chaotic property, using chaotic time series forecasting method to forecast the amount of gas emission is feasible, and the prediction accuracy is improved after improving some parameters algorithms in the chaotic time series prediction algorithm. The contents of this article has laid a theoretical basis for non-contact coal and gas outburst dynamic forecast, but also open up new ideas for in-depth analysis of the gas emission complex.

Abstract: Frequency Modulation (FM) GMI Magnetic Sensors has excellent performance in high signal-to-noise ratio and low power consumption. In this article, the FM magnetic sensors with longitudinal excitation are presented. The inductance of the sensing head versus the excitation frequency and the external magnetic field is tested by the impedance analyzer. The results show that the inductance is sensitive with the excitation frequency from 200kHz to 600kHz. The bias magnetic field generated by a permanent magnet is used to make the sensing head working at a linear region with the highest sensitivity. Three kinds of magnetic sensors with different inverter multivibrators circuits are illustrated and their static characteristics are provided through calibration experiments and data analysis. It shows that the first type has the highest sensitivity (41.0kHz/Oe) and the third type has the best linearity.
