Abstract: Construction safety accident has occurred frequently and accident death toll has been high. Investigate its reason, mainly in the low level of construction enterprise safety accidents emergency management. Strengthen construction safety emergency management can effectively reduce the life and property losses, and to ensure the sustainable development of construction enterprises. We put forward a construction safety emergency decision support system based on ontology and CBR method. Then we described its work processes and use the foundation pit engineering as an example to explain the knowledge representation and the ontology similarity case retrieve matching method. Finally, we give the method to realize the system so as to reach the purpose that improved the building enterprise emergency management capacity effectively.

Abstract: This study explores marginal utility of different attributes of means of transportation after a natural disaster in scenic spots and the corresponding marginal value using an analysis method of choice experiment based on marketing strategies of traffic cost. Different from prior studies, this study will first divide traffic cost attributes into three categories, including money cost, time cost, and perceived benefits. Then, to design experiments based on different cost attributes and attribute levels to combine different means of transportation, namely marketing strategies. And this study obtains scores of customers’ willingness to travel for marketing strategies by questionnaires; questionnaire asking way through and transform by questionnaire survey to combine to be two different experimental selection sets. The authors employ choice experiment to establish econometric model to regress. The paper draws the following important conclusions. Firstly, time cost and monetary cost only will affect people's choices of means of transportation. The marginal probability of time cost and monetary cost is 4.9 percent and 0.03 percent. Simultaneously, we estimate that the monetary value of the cost per unit time is 163 yuan. Secondly, for the perceived benefits variable, although the regression coefficient is not significant, We can’t come to a conclusion that whether there is new attractions does not affect customers’ choice. Meanwhile, this study shows the nature of various new attractions may affect customers’ choice for means of transportation. Finally, in addition, for other family variables, including respondent gender, age, education and monthly living expenses, their regression coefficients are not significant. The conclusion is prompted to develop the marketing strategy that discriminatory pricing policy might not effectively improve marketing benefits.

Abstract: The unreasonable plan and layout on Petrochemical Park will increase environmental risk. Based on conception for identity degree in Set Pair Theory, environmental risk on Petrochemical Park of multiple planning schemes was compared. The paper formed the Set Pair Analysis model on scheme comparison and introduced a case of Petrochemical Park. The identity degree of three alternative schemes for the case was calculated. The identity degree of A scheme is 0.949, B scheme is 0.984 and C scheme is 0.945.The identity degree of B scheme is maximum which can be the optimum selection for the Petrochemical Park in case.

Abstract: The purpose of our research is to develop a decision-making model for manufacturing and remanufacturing hybrid system with the goal of maximizing corporate profit. Under a random market environment, we assumed that the remanufacturing operation was outsourced and both the manufacturing process and remanufacturing process had capacity constraints. By analyzing the relations between manufacturing/remanufacturing production batch sizes and inventory level, we established a multi-period capacitated manufacturing/remanufacturing hybrid decision-making model. A heuristic genetic algorithm was designed and a numerical example demonstrated the validity of the model and the algorithm. We conclude that the manufacturing/remanufacturing quantities decision is affected by both market parameters and capacity limitations. This study is useful for manufacturers to make strategy and plan in manufacturing/remanufacturing operations.

Abstract: With the development of society, environmental issues have been given more and more attention, and the improvement of public awareness, legal and environmental standards promote the rapid development of green supply chain. Combining with catastrophe progression method (CPM), enterprises who implement green supply chain are provided scientific and effective ways to manage company. Firstly, the evaluation process of CPM is given. Secondly, a set of green supply chain performance evaluation index system is designed on the basis of the connotation of green supply chain and environmental management standards, and the index system is designed by using dimensionless process. Finally, numerical examples show that the performance evaluation of green supply chain based on CPM has a higher scientific and practical application value.

Abstract: This paper concentrates on the integrated surplus inventory matching problem (ISIM) in steel enterprises in which the three main product types, slab, hot-rolled coil and cold-rolled coil, are taken into account. A multi-objective model is formulated to maximize the total weight of matched products and to minimize the total cost involved. A heuristic algorithm is proposed on the basis of the analysis on the problem. The experimental results show the model and algorithm are effective.

Abstract: For optimization of manufacturing process planning problem in flexible manufacture system, a mathematical model is established with objective of minimizing total processing time. The genetic algorithm is applied to solve it with modifications: a segmented chromosome coding is adopted to represent the entire solution space; crossover operator and mutation operator are re-defined to make genetic algorithm suitable for the problem; a constraint adjustment algorithm is designed for the constrained operation sequencing optimization problem. The experimental result indicates that the proposed model and algorithm are feasible and effective.

Abstract: For a two-echelon supply chain system which consists of upstream node enterprises and downstream node enterprises, cooperation mechanism between bounded rational upstream and downstream nodes through collaborative establishment and implementation of food traceability system was modeled based on evolutionary game theory. The study shows that the probability of cooperation between both sides has a a negative correlation with the total cost of establishment and positive correlations with the probability of risk occurrence, the total excess income and reduction in risk loss from cooperation of both sides, and the excess income from the establishment of one side. Cost shared by both sides should be positively related to the excess income they obtaine. And there are an optimal coefficient of total excess income allocation and an optimal coefficient of reduction in risk loss allocation to maximize the probability of cooperation.
