Power Control Modes and Performance Analysis of Excavator Hydraulic System

Abstract:

The article reviews the evolution of excavator hydraulic system power control mode, analyzes the structure and the advantage and disadvantage of main power control system such as throttle control system, negative control system and positive control system. The positive control system has the advantages of little power loss, fast response and high flow matching, which is the better control mode. Finally the paper prospects the development direction of excavator hydraulic system power control mode.
