Abstract: The article reviews the evolution of excavator hydraulic system power control mode, analyzes the structure and the advantage and disadvantage of main power control system such as throttle control system, negative control system and positive control system. The positive control system has the advantages of little power loss, fast response and high flow matching, which is the better control mode. Finally the paper prospects the development direction of excavator hydraulic system power control mode.

Abstract: A binocular display can satisfy competition mechanism of biological vision system and improve display precision. A binocular optical system is designed with waveguide holography (WGH) for small size and light weight. A superimposed holographic volume grating can split the image bearing lights into two equal intensity light beams. The out-coupling waveguide holographic gratings for the left and right eyes can implement image extension and imaging display. The simulation and experimental results reveal that excellent optical performances can be achieved for little distortion of less than 0.05%(nearly zero), light weight of about only 32g, and compact size. The display information can also be overlaid the outside scenes in eyeglass augmented reality and Machine Vision Display applications.

Abstract: This paper proposes a method to identify the singular sample with near infrared spectroscopy based on immune algorithm. T The immune algorithm and genetic algorithm for the same NIR spectral data sets are singular sample identification and comparison of the two methods. Remove the singular sample, immune algorithm is better than the genetic algorithm are used to PRESS of PLS model of water, fat, the protein increased by 25.8%, 32.1%, 21.7%.Experiments show that, artificial immune algorithm is not only suitable for near infrared spectra of singular sample, but also can improve the model prediction accuracy and robustness.

Abstract: To meet the requirements of scientific research personnel on wide range and high-precision variable inductor. The new digital inductor is based on the impedance converting circuit. The new active impedance converting circuit is formed by integration operational amplifiers, a small amount of resistance and capacitance. Through control of the switching circuit part line, thus producing the equivalent pure inductance. Experimental results show that using digital potentiometer and analog switches adjust circuit resistance to adjust the inductance value. So that digital equivalent inductance has certain advantages in the circuit experiment debugging and inductance adjustable electronic products.

Abstract: In this article, the arithmetic model of super-capacitors in photovoltaic system and more charge modes, especially constant power charge mode, was studied. A numerical way of calculating the charge efficiency was introduced. The maximum charge efficiency of super-capacitors when its output voltage raises from zero to the rated voltage under constant power charge mode was presented. The multi-stage charge efficiency curves was retrieved, which indicates that the constant power charging mode is more suitable. The constant power control charge strategy using two-stage Buck-Boost converter to charge super-capacitors was proposed. The simulation results show that this strategy effectively ensure the performance of the system.

Abstract: With the rapid development of modern automotive technology and the peoples increasing requirements, Passive Entry Passive Start System (PEPS) is quickly becoming the main trend and common option on the new auto models. This paper describes the basic function of PEPS system and introduces the hardware architecture of whole PEPS system. Then introduce the hardware solution for main parts in this system such as PEPS ECU, smart key, IMMO and ESCL. At the end, we test and verify the PEPS system based on this hardware architecture which is stable and reliable.

Abstract: In this paper, a method used to predict the driving range of electric bus based on electrochemical model of lithium ion battery was presented. Using a electric bus powered by lithium ion battery as an example, the driving ranges under three different driving cycles including American UDDS, European EUDC and Japanese 1015 were respectively predicted by the proposed method, and the effects of the temperature of battery pack and the number of battery module on the lowest state of charge SOCL required by the bus to travel a given distance were also analyzed.

Abstract: In the RFID radio frequency identification system, multiple targets at high speed mobile position data transfer at the same time of channel conflict, and solving multi-objective channel conflict is the most effective method is through the anti-collision algorithm. This article will analysis RFID technology in high speed moving target in the cause of the conflict, this paper introduces the existing anti-collision algorithm and its related optimization algorithm, the paper proposes a kind of suitable for high speed mobile multi-objective binary anti-collision search algorithm for continuous collision position for parity coding mode group, through to the conflict area target estimate size to reduce the number of queries to the effective time identify multiple high-speed moving targets, can better in high speed moving target recognition application. Maltab simulation results show that the proposed algorithm outperforms the other binary tree anti-collision algorithm in effective recognition time etc are obviously improved.

In this article, the author expounds design thinking and realization method for interface hardware and software. The card is applied in practice, and the practice proves the feasibility of the design method.

Abstract: Control actuator vibration testing system is one of the key devices throughout the whole manufacturing line of missiles. To meet the requirements of fast acquirement real-time show, automatic test convenient for user to modify during the control actuator based on virtual instrument developing environment LabVIEW and PCI bus technology is built. Hardware composition, software development, as well as other various functions in some kind of control actuator vibration testing system, such as the analog signals generating, sampling, recurring,auto-detecting and etc., are discussed in this paper. Practices prove this system works well with stable performance, and meet the requirements of design.
