Abstract: With the development of the computer information science and technology, image Mosaic technology has been applied to various fields, which including image compression and amplification, synthesis of images and virtual scene of image design . The algorithm of image mosaic technology research is increasing. This paper analyzes the present situation and application of image mosaic technology and proposes the genetic algorithm of image mosaic technology based on computer information theory. It also constructs the image mosaic technology flow chart. This paper simulates image magnification and synthesis technology in order to prove feasibility and reliability of algorithm by the image Mosaic technology cases. This paper puts forward opinions to the deficiency of mosaic technology and provides a theoretical reference for the application and development of image mosaic technology.

Abstract: Terminal Sensitivity Projectile is served as the research object and the hardware-in loop simulation technology is employed to design the indoor hardware-in loop simulation system for infrared sensor of terminal sensitivity projectile. This system employs the Multi-Gen Creator to build the scene model and the target three-dimensional geometrical model as well as employs the Vega to produce the digital scene of detection field for infrared sensor. Meanwhile, the detection system of terminal sensitivity projectile--- infrared sensor is served as the substance and introduced into the simulation system to participate in the test and consist of the closed loop with other physical models and mathematical models as well as complete the real-time simulation function of terminal sensitivity projectile. The simulation result indicates that the infrared sensor can completely identify the target and is provided with such advantages as low false detection ratio and low omission ratio.

Abstract: In the processing of PCB (Printed Circuit Board) defect inspection with reference comparison method, the very critical aspect is to make the image to be inspected and the reference standard PCB image accurate registration . Image registration has many ways, according to the characteristics of PCB, a new image registration method based on Mark hole center feature extraction was presented, also this method is carried out relevant experimental verification.

Abstract: As the basis application of remote sensing image ,the satellite remote sensing image geometric precision correction is an important means that to weaken the image itself with the real terrain morphological differences. In this paper, we used HJ-1 satellite CCD data as the research object, using the SIFT algorithm in combination with GPU parallel computing fast extracting and matching feature points, based on polynomial correction model to build calibration system, independent of the HJ-1 satellite imagery geometric precision correction, and achieved a higher accuracy.

Abstract: Through atmospheric correction of UAV remote sensing images, inversion to obtain surface reflectance, typical objects with measured experimental area water, vegetation and bare soil area reflectance comparative analysis, the experimental results prove the feasibility of using UVA to carry out the quantitative remote sensing research, and its advantages.

Abstract: It is all kinds of data monitoring for ICU that are very important, on the one hand, it can provide reliable reference for medical personnel, so that they can care for critical patients in time, on the other hand, it also can avoid bringing trouble which is caused by instrument to severe patients. Through the mining technology of time series data ,this paper uses online segmentation algorithm of time series, establishing continuous monitoring data model for ICU and creating a time series Table, from the data of which, it can quickly extract monitoring data, and do real-time analysis. On this basis, this paper also puts forward an evaluation method for on-line segmentation algorithm performance , and also puts forward a kind of algorithm to speed up the time sequence segmentation recursion method, which can quickly extract the key components in the data, so as to accelerate the analysis on continuous monitoring data . Finally, through the continuous monitoring and analysis on the pressure of the severe patients who are inserted artificial airway balloon, this paper tests the reliability of the algorithm, and through the analysis and comparison with the data, it proves the quickness of algorithm, and provides a theoretical basis for analysis on continuous monitoring data for ICU.

Abstract: Ground control point data is necessary in the aerospace images geometric processing. This study proposed the design solutions for the ground control point image databases. At first, this study compared the storage management manners of the control point data. Then, it analyzed the control point image data features. Accordingly, it mentioned the database storage solutions. Next, this study discussed the image control point database query methods. Finally, it designed a ground control point image database management and application system. The experiments show that it is an effective method for the control point image database.

Abstract: Although low-energy adaptive clustering hierarchy (LEACH) protocol adopts distributed clustering algorithm and randomized rotation of Cluster Heads (CHs) mechanism to reduce energy consumption, election of CHs without residual energy and position information of each nodes brings about irregular distribution of CH, low network coverage and short lifecycle. In order to avoid these shortcomings, a Grid-based Cluster Head Selection (GCHS) is proposed. Referring to sensing distance, network is divided into several grids equivalent to independent clusters which can meet network coverage and connectivity. Furthermore, CH is selected ground on residual energy level of each node. Simulation taking full advantage of concept mentioned above manifests that it achieves a significant improvement in network coverage and lifecycle.

Abstract: This letter proposes a very low-complexity maximum likelihood (ML) detection algorithm for the quasi-orthogonal space-time block code (QOSTBC) with four transmits antennas. The low-complexity single-complex-symbol detection is based on QR decomposition and the expansion of equalization via a diagonal matrix transformation. The proposed strategy enables the QOSTBC to achieve ML performance with significant reduction in computational load for any high-level modulation scheme.

Abstract: A robust estimation procedure is necessary to estimate the true model parameters in computer vision. Evaluating the multiple-model in the presence of outliers-robust is a fundamentally different task than the single-model problem.Despite there are many diversity multi-model estimation algorithms, it is difficult to pick an effective and advisably approach.So we present a novel quantitative evaluation of multi-model estimation algorithms, efficiency may be evaluated by either examining the asymptotic efficiency of the algorithms or by running them for a series of data sets of increasing size.Thus we create a specifical testing dataset,and introduce a performance metric, Strongest-Intersection.and using the model-aware correctness criterion. Finally, well show the validity of estimation strategy by the Experimention of line-fitting.
