Abstract: Based on analysis the production characteristics of large-scale and complex products and the effects of materials and production capacity on production planning, this paper proposes a control model of large-scale and complex products production process based on Petri network associated with final assembly schedule (FAS). The model thinks about the requirement of materials and production capacity related to FAS, then we can trigger the relevant assembly operations if the state of resource place is able to match the weight of resource place operation. Through the application of Petri network control model, the effectiveness of production process control and decision-making and the feasibility of production planning are increased, at the same time manufacturing resources can be used effectively and well-balanced.

Abstract: This paper proposed a coevolutionary algorithm combining improved particle swarm optimization algorithm with differential evolution method and its application was provided. Adaptive position escapable mechanism is introduced in the particle swarm optimization to improve the diversity of population and guarantee to achieve the global optima. The differential algorithm is employed in a cooperative manner to maintain the characteristic of fast convergence speed in the later convergence phase. The coevolutionary algorithm is then applied to skip trajectory optimization design for crew exploration vehicle with low-lift-to-drag and several comparative cases are conducted, Results show that coevolutionary algorithm is quite effective in finding the global optimal solution with great accuracy.

Abstract: Comparing with other fire detection system used in buildings, this paper proposes a design scheme based on ZigBee. ZigBee is a well known wireless communication technology which is wildly used in industrial monitoring. It solves the problem of difficulty to set up the network, high cost and restricted scope in existing cable fire detection monitoring system. This system mainly comprises sensor nodes, middleware and monitoring application. We adopt MESH topology in wireless sensor networks in order to enlarge the monitoring scope. To find the accurate fire position quickly, GPS is adopted in design of sensor node. The Device Cloud is used in middleware and monitoring application to provide open APIs for web, 3G and SMS. Using these technologies the system can provide real-time fire monitoring.

Abstract: The real projection system image of 3D Rotating cones based on the Volumetric 3D revelation principle and WPF platform is the true image. Compared with conventional 3D display, this system has the naked eye 3D display, so the viewer is no need to wear 3D glasses and 3D display can be achieved .At the same time, this system has a 360-degree holographic image display. The system is designed by using WPF 3D image, which makes it easy to produce 3D images.

Abstract: Nowadays, Brain network as a means of emerging brain disease research has been fully recognized which is applied to the neurological diseases, such as major depressive disorder (MDD). It also can detect the exception of the whole brain network topological. But there is no evidence to prove that abnormal brain network topology metrics can be an effective feature in the classification model to distinguish the healthy control and MDD. So, we hypothesize the abnormal brain network topology metrics can be used as an valid classification feature. Resting state functional brain networks were constructed for 26 healthy controls and 34 MDD patients by thresholding partial correlation matrices of 90 regions. According to the theory-based approaches, the global and local metrics were calculated. Non-parametric permutation tests were then used for group comparisons of topological metrics, which were used as classified features in support vector machine algorithm. The current study demonstrate that MDD is associated with abnormal function brain network topological metrics and statistically significance network metrics can be successfully used for feature selection in classification algorithms.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the propagation characteristics of stress wave in the cap-pile system. Based on reflected wave method, the propagation velocity-time curve of stress wave in the defective pile with cap is calculated theoretically. Then the calculation result shows that the waveform curve by theoretical analysis is consistent with the defect location and pile position, and the waveform curve well reflects the propagation characteristics of waves in the pipe with cap. Finally the theoretical analysis method is used to assist the field testing, and compared with the test result to describe the integrity status of pile.

Abstract: A novel preparation method of polymer DFB gratings has developed based on photo-polymerization for organic solid-state lasers. A photopolymer formulation sensitive to ultraviolet light is proposed for fabrication of polymer DFB gratings by spin-coating process. A very low surface relief depth ranging from 12.5 to about 1.0 nm has been demonstrated with a refractive index modulation of about 0.012. The experiment results indicate that the polymer DFB gratings are believed to have promising potentials in the fabrication of low-order DFB organic solid-state lasers.

Abstract: Study on pollution flashover characteristics of EHV system have great reference on engineering.In this paper,the relationship between 50% ac flashover voltage U50 of class insulator string of 32 units and ρESDD, ρNSDD was analyzed based on experimental results. It was shown that the relationship between U50 and ρESDD is the same as the one between U50 and ρNSDD, in which the U50 reduces with the increase of ρESDD by a power function, and the influences of ρESDD and ρNSDD on U50 are mutually independent. By using the least square method, the value of exponent of a and b were determined.

Abstract: In our previous work, moving pattern based modeling and control was proposed. In this paper, based on our previous work, a fault detection method based on moving pattern is proposed, and interval number is still used to measure moving pattern. Based on the history operating condition data, moving pattern based dynamic model is formed. The model gives the pattern class to which operating condition patterns belong, and whether the fault is happened. In addition, the nearest neighbor pattern and secondary nearest neighbor pattern are defined in this paper. At last, the validity of the proposed fault detection method is verified by the practical operating condition pattern data of the sintering process of Anyang Steel and Iron Works.
