Abstract: Since the traditional parabola trajectory is prone to be head off, wavy trajectory has the flight characteristics of defense penetration ability and increasing range. On the basis of flight characteristics of wavy trajectory missile, a method for flight program angle was designed. A specific formula was given. An optimization model was established. A conjugate gradient optimizing algorithm was used to solve the model and the result is compared with the former trajectory. It shows that optimized wavy trajectory can prove the feasibility of increasing range and valid defense penetration ability.

Abstract: In order to improve the knowledge representation in the field of CNC machine tool fault diagnosis, a method of knowledge representation based on ontology was proposed. Firstly, the fault diagnosis process in this field were described and analyzed. Secondly, the definitions of ontology such as classes, attributes, relations, and functions were provided, in order to describe the process of knowledge representation based on ontology. At last, the model with OWL of fault diagnosis of CNC lathe was constructed with the protégé. It shows that the method proposed in this article to can improve the description of the CNC machine tool fault diagnosis.

Abstract: In FWP processing, since the workpiece deformation parameters change with movement and the lag of processing compensation, ETPEM method is taken during the process. This article will establish FWP (flexible workpiece trajectory) processing performance indicators matter-element and TS-FNN model network matter-element to achieve the TS-FNN model network structure goodness evaluation method indirectly on the basis of deep study of ETEPM relevant theories.

Abstract: Using the MCU STC12C5A60S2 as the main control unit, in which the internal integration of 10 8 road A/D converter, which has high data processing speed, rich resources, can meet the requirements of general control. The development process is as follows: first to initialize A/DC, A/DC interrupt occurs for signal acquisition and the interrupt service subroutine, data stored in the specified array. The data after the acquisition, called FFT (Fast Fourier transform) spectral transform and analysis functions, and stored in corresponding array, through the LED display the collected data are displayed.

Abstract: The use of reliability simulation method of repairable systems under maintenance after failure (RSS) will not be limited by the life distribution of the systems elements. Less computation is needed with this method, the computation time is short, but results are precise and determinate. The RSS method offsets the problems in the reliability simulation with the Markov and Monte-Carlo method and has practical merits in reliability engineering. In this paper, reliability assessments are applied in FYXF-03 dynamotor prime mover simulation system by using Weibull model. A useful reference is provided for making plans for equipment repair and maintenance as well as the selection of components.

Abstract: In this paper an genetic algorithm-extreme learning machine (ELM) based real-time transient stability assessment method is proposed. This method uses genetic algorithm (GA) to search optimal input weights and hidden biases in the principle of cross validation to establish GA-ELM classifier. In order to do real-time transient stability assessment, generator trajectories of rotor angle, rotor speed, voltage magnitude, electromagnetic power and imbalance power in-and post-disturbance are chosen as original features for the quick access based synchronously sampled values. Simulation results of New-England 39-bus system show that this method has good performance in power system transient stability assessment.

Abstract: Teaching programming and manual programming are usually used to realize gait planning of humanoid robot. Many methods are lack of the adjustment of center of gravity and lead to the robot walking instability. The gait planning of humanoid robot is solved based on the Linear Inverted Pendulum Model and Zero Moment Point equation in this paper. Two feet trajectories are also planned to realize the smooth transition and overcome the impact during walking with the cubic spline interpolation method. The validation and feasibility of the method proposed in the paper are proved by the results of simulation and experiments.

Abstract: This paper presents a Smart Farm system, which is based on Ultra Narrow Band (UNB) communication technology. As to the characteristics of large area and high livestock mobility on the farm, using traditional communication technology have the problems of high cost, high power consumption and difficult power supply, however, UNB can achieve a high spectrum utilization efficiency and reduce the power consumption. At first, this paper introduces the Minimum Side-Band (MSB) modulation technology which is one kind of the UNB technologies. Secondly, the key issues of digital demodulation is discussed. And then, a MSB transmission system include digital modulation and demodulation is designed and simulated. Finally is the design of Smart Farm based on UNB technology and the summary of the whole work.

Abstract: The electric power system is a complex distributed system of large dimension, nonlinear, time-varying and uncertain dynamic parameters, the control and decision need expert experience, so the experts in electric power system as the control mechanism is relatively reasonable has been increasingly recognized. Automatic generation of state warning, exception reporting, monitoring of the equipment maintenance scheme and application of expert system. In this paper, by using the fault tree logic function description and fuzzy algorithm theory research of expert system based on expert system, so that the power has more accurate knowledge base and higher correctness of reasoning, in order to needs of production and operation of the power system to meet the better.

Abstract: The acquisition system of user power consumption can collect data with local and remote communication. To solve the problem of local communication in different station areas, we analyzed the characteristics of Chinese power grid in six typical station areas, and found out the combined way of broadband power-line communication and micro-power wireless communication is the best solution. Meanwhile, we proposed three solutions to solve the problem of blind spots in remote communication, including wireless with electric expansion, low-voltage broadband power-line cascade connection and mid-voltage broadband power-line cascade connection [. These solutions of communication can provide technical supports to help building the acquisition system of user power consumption.
