Abstract: Speckle noise appearing in the interferometric SAR (InSAR) phase image degrades the quality of interferogram seriously and makes interferogram reflect the scattering characteristics of the target inaccurately, reducing the capability of extracting DEM information of target areas. Therefore, speckle noise reduction plays a major role in InSAR processing by using interferogram filtering. First, according to a terrain model with the assumed geometrical parameters in InSAR system, the paper simulated an interferometric SAR phase image with noise, which can be characterized by the multilook phase distribution based on the circular Gaussian assumption [1]. Second, the paper explores three interferogram filtering algorithm to remove speckle noise: Goldstain filter, Rotating Kernel Transformation and Lee filter; the proper implementation of three methods is given. Last, the paper discusses about the performance comparatively based on experimental results and gives broad conclusions and presents recommendations.

Abstract: Based on the grey theory, a novel model is built to predict the input signal of fast control power supply used in Experimental Advanced Superconducting Tokamak (EAST). The model can be used as online metabolic grey filtering and one-step prediction of different input signals. Results of simulation and experiment show that the predicting algorithm based on the grey system model can predict the input signal primarily.

Abstract: In the past, the license plate recognition algorithm has some shortcomings, such as low recognition rate, slow speed of recognition, inaccurate license plate positioning. This paper proposes a new license plate location algorithm based on wavelet transform and the principal component analysis algorithm is used to feature extraction.The experimental results show that this method can reduce the amount of computation and improve the system recognition rate.

Abstract: The principle of imaging method based on matched filtering and chaos theory are introduced. On this basis, a new method of range imaging using the correlation function of the chaotic signal is provided. At the same time, simulation models and simulation results are given. The experiment results show this method has the advantages of good range resolution and excellent anti-interference performance, the quality of the reconstruction image is fine.

Abstract: A structural health monitoring system especially for the full scale aircraft fatigue test is being developed to monitor, interpret, and make decisions based on the information from sensors during experiment. The functions of the system are achieved by different subsystems including data acquisition subsystem, control and manage subsystem, data visualization subsystem and data process subsystem. Subsystems communicate each other by the user-defined protocol based upon the TCP protocol. The structural health monitoring system uses five types of sensors, including strain gauge, ultrasonic transducer, PZT sensor, FBG sensor, and ICMS sensor. Finally this system is being used in the extended fatigue test of a certain aircraft, and had captured several structure faults.

Abstract: It is always being a bottleneck to adaptive cases in CBR, how to solve this problem has vexed researchers for a long time. In this paper, Formula for fusing similar cases is used at first, then artificial immune algorithm (AIA) is applied for optimizing the solution. In the end of the paper, in order to compare the superiority of AIA with genetic algorithm (GA) in the process of case adaptation, the model based on AIA is simulated by MATLAB, and the simulation proves that AIA is more suitable for adapting case.

Abstract: A color image retrieval algorithm was presented in order to retrieve image from massive images. This method firstly transformed image from RGB space to HSV space. V component of HSV space was decomposed into three levels by dual tree complex wavelet transform (DT-CWT) to extract high frequency components as texture features. Invariant moments of V component were extracted as shape features. Information of H component of HSV space was extracted as color features. Then three types of features were combined to form feature vector to judge similarity of images. Experiments show that this algorithm has not only high precision and recall but also low time consumption.

Abstract: A noncontacting velocimetry technique based on line scan sensor arrays is proposed. Auto-correlation method is the mainly velocity measurement algorithm before. In my research, I will introduce a novel spatial filtering method based on line scan sensor for noncontacting velocimetry. When used for measuring a vehicles velocity, the variation of the distance between the sensor and the road may cause a primary source of errors. In this paper, an adaptive Double-channel optical system is recommended to eliminate the errors, and we verify the effectiveness of the design in theory.

Abstract: This paper has described the status and role of the strapdown mirror control technology. It has analyzed the emphasis and difficulty in the study. In order to achieve higher system reliability and improve performance and eliminate all kinds of error of strapdown stable platform process what are stabilization while reducing the volume. In-depth analysis of the swing ship is on strapdown platform and mirror effect. The boat rocking and the sight stabilization mathematical model of mirror rotating. A study on the simulation what uses the MATLAB. By establishing the model of boat rocking, what analysis of the swings influence on the mirror steady accuracy and tracking accuracy. The existing stable servo control and principle has been detailed analysis. Through the simulation studies what compared their advantages and disadvantages. Also it has studied the coning error compensation method and the kalman filtering what influenced on the accuracy of strapdown mirror control system.

Abstract: In cellular network mobile station location, the actual measured values non-line-of-sight error exists, makes the precision positioning algorithm based on the measured value is lower, aiming at the effects of non-line-of-sight error on the positioning performance, this paper proposes a new algorithm to reduce non line-of-sight error. Using wavelet transform to signal de-noising effect, eliminate the error in the measured value and reuse method of TDOA/AOA location algorithm to estimate mobile station location, with a certain distance threshold to mobile station location tracking. Simulation results show that the algorithm can effectively improve the positioning precision in non line-of-sight environments, positioning result was significantly better than Chan algorithm and TDOA/AOA location method algorithm.
