Theory and Method for Simulation Evaluation of Accelerated Degradation Test Plan Based on Multiple Performance Parameters

Article Preview

Abstract:

For reasonable evaluating problem of accelerated degradation test (ADT) based on multiple performance parameters, according to proposed simulation evaluation rule of ADT plans, taking variance mean and standard deviation of product reliability estimate as evaluation criteria of test plans accuracy and stability, the numerical simulation and simulation evaluation method for ADT plan based on multiple performance parameters are established. Simultaneously, by using maximum likelihood estimation (MLE) theory, the mathematic model for simulation evaluation of ADT based on multiple performance parameters is established. The simulation evaluation result of Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) O-ring accelerated degradation test plan shows that compared with the traditional test plan, the optimized test plan can improve estimated accuracy and stability.
