Abstract: Driver fatigue is a significant issue in driving safety. Large bodies of literature have examined fatigue detection methods and techniques. This paper provides a broad overview of the researches concerning related topics. So far, driver fatigue detection techniques developed can be divided into three categories, including techniques based on vehicle movement tracking, drivers behavioral features and electroencephalograph signals. In addition, a contrast between these techniques was presented and further researches were discussed.

Abstract: In order to improve the real-time and accuracy in the collision detection technology, a collision detection algorithm based on spatial partitioning and bounding volume was proposed . This algorithm adopted different spatial division strategies for different locations of the spaces according to the details in the scenes to exclude objects which can not intersect.Thus defined the potential intersection areas. Then we used a dynamic S-AABB hierarchy bounding boxes to test whether the intersection happened between the objects in the same grids. We used the sphere boxes to rule out the disjoint objects quickly. Then constructed the dynamic AABB bounding boxes trees for the rest of objects for further intersection test. At last, we improved the traditional overlapping test between the primitives for accurate collision detection . Compared to the traditional collision detection algorithm based on spatial partitioning and AABB bounding volume. This algorithm effectively improves the real-time of the collision detection without affecting the accuracy of original collision detection.

Abstract: To enhance the real-time and accuracy of collision detection in virtual environment, introduces oriented bounding box (OBB) technology of hierarchical bounding box collision detection algorithm:construction of bounding box, generation of bounding box tree, implementation of collision detection algorithm,overlap judgement of bounding box. Collision detection algorithm based on OBB in this article is applied to solve the problem of collision detection between rigid bodies.

Abstract: Window lifter motor is one of the potential electromagnetic interference (EMI) sources in automobile. Based on the research on the principle of Window lifter motor and the generation mechanism of EMI, its EMI characteristics are tested and analyzed. The EMI suppression methods are proposed. By comparing two filters methods,it shows that the designed filter suppresses the electromagnetic interference more effectively. Its conducted emission and radiated emission are lower than the second lever limits of CISPR 25-2007+.

Abstract: There are two key issues in the surface water monitoring, one is long-distance data transmission; second is the power to the monitor. The design uses Siemens TC35i module to transmit data, uses clock timing chips to control the working hours of low-power AVR microcontroller and phone modules. So the two problems are solved effectively. The PC-monitor-interface used LabVIEW software is also simple and clear, it can display real-time data; analyzes the trend of the data-curve; warn much earlier. The practical of result shows that the design is simple, good controllability, high reliability.

Abstract: Research on analyzing fault signature of transient current energy, this paper proposes a novel approach to select fault phase of transmission lines based on EMD Transient Energy. In this identification algorithm first defines EMD Energy and Relative Energy Coefficient to represent the transient energy of fault current components in each phase. Then the EMD Energy magnitudes among three-phase are compared to sort the fault type and identify the fault phase. Though a mass of tests on EMTP/ATP, the performance of the identification algorithm indicate that the new approach can select fault phases exactly and fast, meet the requirements of automatic reclosing and present an applicable value for actual engineering.

Abstract: Describes the background and qualitative simulation theory development, then describes the qualitative simulation and application of fault detection, fault detection Finally, qualitative simulation development are discussed. In order to deal with this kind of challenge, appear a series of system fault detection and diagnosis technology, including qualitative simulation technology is one of the important technical one. Through the Qualitative Simulation theory QSIM (Qualitative Simulation) related theory analysis and of the technology in fault detection field operation of the process of research, analysis found that the technology in the field of FDD advantages and disadvantages, in view of the existing shortage, it gives a fuzzy set theory and similarity principle on the make, theoretically perfect this model, and the detection and diagnosis research form an effective guidance.

Abstract: Warship's power plant is the core part. The fault diagnosis for it is much more important. With the development of information technology on warship, a large amount of operation and maintenance data has accordingly arisen. Based on the data mining, it can not only directly find relative factors leading to its failure, but also form associated fault diagnosis rules preventing the occurrence and expansion of secondary fault. In actual operation, the engineer can directly judge fault type according to the association rules and take the corresponding solutions. After validation, this method can improve the timeliness and accuracy of fault discovery effectively, and it is also used to fault prediction.

Abstract: This paper discusses a new solution for IGMP (Internet Group Management Protocol) for PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) in intelligent manufacturing system. It is based on the study of a new PLC design with an Ethernet switch device 88E6165 embedded in it. The switch passes IGMP traffic from the external switch ports to the CPU (Central Processing Unit) for snooping and forwarding via the CPU Ethernet interface. The architecture of multi hosts in the intelligent manufacturing system is given in the paper. The use case(s), actors and process are also analyzed to perform the switch operations with IGMP. This process uses a switch manager to perform a manager role to periodically query all devices in the subnet and subsequently. It causes devices to re-join the multicast group of listeners for any stream in which they may be interested.

Abstract: In order to implement an excellent control for boiler drum water level at a power plant, nonlinear systems with long time-delay, a new intelligent control algorithm based on cloud model theories is proposed. According to the requirements of boiler drum water level control system, a two-dimensional cloud model controller is designed by incorporating deviation signals and deviation changing rates of the drum water level as its inputs, three parameters of PID as its outputs which are adjusted real-time by generating cloud mapping rules to realize fast and accurate control for the drum water level. Computer simulation shows that the cloud model controller proposed in this paper can significantly reduce the overshoot and response time of drum water level.
