Abstract: This paper stadies the problem of the asymptotical stability for a time-delayed systems. By using LMI method, a new approach is used to derive a delay-dependent sufficient condition, which can guarantee that the time-delayed systems with multiple time delays is asymptotical stable. At last, a numberical example is given to show that the new theorem is more effective than the present methods.

Abstract: The air precooling system heat exchange process is a complex control system with features such as: nonlinear, lag and random interference. So choose Generalized Predictive Control Algorithm that has low model dependence, good robustness and control effect, as well as easy to implement. But due to the large amount of calculation of traditional generalized predictive control and can't juggle quickness and overshoot problem, an improved generalized predictive control algorithm is proposed, then carry out the MATLAB simulation, the experimental results show that the algorithm can not only greatly reduce the amount of computation, but also can restrain the overshoot and its rapidity.

Abstract: For improving the control precision of electro-hydraulic synchronization position servo system, a new self-adapting fuzzy decoupling controller is designed by means of traditional decoupling controller, and this decoupling controller is used in electro-hydraulic synchronization position servo system. In this decoupling controller, PI parameters can be independently online adapted by two fuzzy controller, the influence from coupling by-pass to main-pass can be decreased by return circuit control structure, and the complex calculation process of synthesis algorithm rule can be avoided. Finally, this method was demonstrated and validated by a sample. It has shown the proposed method can improve the benefit of control precision in electro-hydraulic synchronization position servo system, and provide a support for adapting to solving dynamic error problem.

Abstract: Power flow shift being one of the main reasons that cause a large-scale blackout of power system, it is important to get the power flow shift under control at the beginning of the failure. In view of multidrop overload which frequently occurs in power outage, a comprehensive evaluation method is proposed to control the power flow shift. This method synthetically considers the control nodes' ability to eliminate the overload of the transmission in combination with PCA in which nodes' sensitivity of branch is selected as the evaluation index, divides them into two types (nodes that increase the power output to branch and others that decrease the power output to branch) and then obtains the control nodes' operation sequence. Additionally, a reverse equal matching adjustment is used to realize the control over multidrop overload. Typical numerical example is used to verify the effectiveness of the comprehensive evaluation method.

Abstract: : Multimedia assisted teaching plays a more and more important role in modern teaching. It not only can improve the teaching quality, but also provides a platform for the reform of traditional teaching mode and method. For at present classroom utilization rate is low, the fault report and maintenance is not timely, its separate control is not easy to manage, and so on, a set of centralized control system for multimedia classroom equipment is developed by increasing the necessary hardware on the basis of existing multimedia equipment, which is based on network and wireless data transmission technology. A main controller and its peripheral equipment interface circuit are designed, including hardware and software. The system can improve the utilization rate and service life of multimedia equipment, convenient the effective management.

Abstract: To solve the problem of the time sequential synchronization of semi-physical simulation on some guidance weapon system, we proposed a method of zero time alignment and simulation time adjustment. The simulation results indicate the strategy of synchronization is feasible, and the time sequential of the semi-physical simulation is correct.

Abstract: This paper presents a method of computing the boundary of the landing location of vehicle on reentry mission. By transforming the inequality constraints into the boundary in energy-drag space, the drag profile can be scheduled with respect to the normalized energy between the upper and lower bound which leads to the near edge and far edge of the landing zone. The magnitude of the bank angle can be derived from the drag profile, while the cross-range can be adjusted by modifying the sign of bank angle. With the derived magnitude and sign of bank angle, thestate equation can be solved to generate the landing zone.

Abstract: This paper focuses on the delay-dependent stability analysis and stabilization for T-S fuzzy system systems with state and input delays. Some new and less conservative delay-dependent small stability conditions are explicitly obtained. The upper bounds of time-delays are obtained by using small convex optimization.Finally, a numerical example is included to show the effectiveness.
