Parametric Design of Suspension Rig Based on VB and ANSYS

Article Preview

Abstract:

With self-developed designs the large load temporarily installed suspended access equipment (gondola) ZLP3000 as the prototype, based on the interface file formed by APDL and VB, the suspension rig parametric design program which regarded parameterized virtual design and finite element analysis as the core was designed. Parametric modeling of the overall structure, the optimization of the analysis and the result output were achieved. Multiple sets of schemes results data were extracted in the VB output interface, the optimal scheme of suspension rig structure layout was obtained based on comparative analysis of those data.
