Abstract: The recent decades have witnessed active studies in fault detection and isolation (FDD) of the small satellites subject to actuator failures and attitude coordination control of spacecraft formation flying (SFF) which plays a significant role in missions such as synthetic-aperture radar imaging. However, because of the time delay in communication links, the performance of coordination control is not always satisfactory. In this paper we propose a method to estimate the actuator fault as well as the input time delay at the same time. First of all, the model of the altitude control system of the small satellite with actuator fault and the model of the altitude control system with actuator fault and the input time delay are presented respectively. Based on the Two-Stage Kalman Filter algorithm, the fault and input time delay of the altitude control system of the small satellite can be estimated. At last, the simulation of the algorithm in a satellite attitude control system with actuator fault and input time delay will illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

Abstract: This paper is to review the research trend of Hybrid Electronic Vehicle (HEV) and present a novel design of a HEV based on programmable logic controller (PLC).Since a hybrid vehicle can be at one of five status: Pure Electric Drive, Pure Engine Drive, Parallel Drive, Engine Drive and Electric Power Generation, and Brake for Energy Feedback, this paper presents a design of a HEV controlled by PLC which is to optimize the energy flow according to the vehicle status and the AC permanent magnet synchronous motor. This research is based on anovel design on the transmission system including dual-clutch, transmission control box and planet-gear structure. Switching between the five statuses is automatically controlled by a PLC using the information from the transducers.

Abstract: A new task-flow based task system has been developed for live-line maintenance tasks done by a live working robot. Its aim is to improve the procession efficiency and intelligent of human-computer interaction. This system design is based on a new approach of task-flow. This paper introduces characteristics and function of each parts of live working task system, impresses connection and relationship between the task flows. The results of a system experiment confirmed that the system enables the live-line maintenance tasks to be performed orderly and efficiently in accordance with the task procedure.

Abstract: The water temperature as the main control objectives, the real-time temperature control system is designed, in this system MCU AT89S52 is used as the core control device, integrated temperature sensor AD590 because of good linearity and high sensitivity, and A / D converter with high resolution and low noise are used for temperature acquisition,the system has achieved the temperature 40 ~ 90°C automatic control, it has set temperature display, real-time display of the current temperature function, after the actual operation shows that the system is better able to control the temperature.

Abstract: Steam control system of the steam scallop shelling machine is the key to ensure the stability and the continuous jet of steam during the process of scallop shell. This paper on the basic composition of steam generator, PLC, touch screen program design, several aspects of temperature sensor, pressure transmitter and so on. Through the transformation of the control system of steam generator, which can meet the design requirements of the task.

Abstract: The driving and braking energy recovery system of electric vehicle faces a lot of uncertainties, including the system parameters and the running environment uncertainties. An adaptive robust control (ARC) is presented in this paper to treat the problems including disturbance and parameter variation in the design of driving and regenerative braking controller. It can enhance the stability robustness and performance robustness. A model of the driving and regenerative braking system is constructed and then the ARC controller is designed. The experiment results show that the controller based on ARC theory has better performance of stability, robustness, and disturbance attenuation than traditional PID controller.

Abstract: Intelligent vehicle is of great significance on improving driving safety and efficiency. The control decision unit plays the role of human brain. To study on the control decision unit, this paper briefly introduces the concept and development of intelligent vehicle firstly. And then it analyzes the key technologies of control decision unit in detail: the information fusion, autonomous motion planning and vehicle control technology. Finally, it describes the prospect for the future development of intelligent vehicle.

Abstract: In this paper, Network Control Systems using Discrete Variable Structure Controller are considered. Discrete Variable Structure Controller and Scheduling algorithm are codesigned based on performance index, an new algorithm of optimizing control cycle of Discrete Variable Structure is designed. Finally,an example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the design methodology.
