Abstract: Traditional FMEA lacks systematicness. A new approach of multi-state deteriorating system failure assessment is proposed base on the risk priority number (RPN) and multi-granularity linguistic information system. With this method, the key links and parameters of system deteriorating process is clear, and fault evolution analysis is more comprehensive. Policy iteration algorithm is introduced to calculate the optimal maintenance strategy under different fault conditions. Finally, numerical examples illustrate the failure analysis process; the results show that the new approach is efficient and practical.

Abstract: The Grid task scheduling algorithm is proposed that takes the service quality of resource scheduling, time and cost together into consideration, so that it can better meet user tasks Quality of Service (QoS) requirements and make the complex grid environment open. On the basis of the price model drove by supply and demand in economy, we design the Grid task scheduling algorithm in the market economy model. The experiment results indicate the effectiveness of proposed algorithm in terms of usersQoS guarantee. It reduce data access latency and decrease bandwidth consumption.

Abstract: It is a developing trend for the refractory materials industry that producing refractories using the andalusite ore with minute amounts of titanium. The tests were conducted with an ore sample by a high gradient magnetic separator and a mechanical flotation cell. The isoelectric point of the andalusite ore was found to be pH 5.9. Petroleum sulfonate was found to be an effective collector for andalusite flotation. 52.08% Al2O3 is produced with 52.92% andalusite recovery by grinding, desliming, high gradient magnetic separation and andalusite flotation.

Abstract: Condensate polishing filter materials are water-insoluble organic polymers. But in air-cooled condenser, high temperature condensing water in summer which approaching and exceed 60°C, which may result in filter materials degradation and release impurities. This paper discusses dissolution characteristics of four kinds of polishing filter materials in high temperature water. The specific conductance (SC), pH, UV absorption at 254nm (A254), total organic carbon (TOC) and the concentrations of ions in their extraction liquid ware measured after heat test as composite indicators. In addition, the trends of A254 and SC variation with heating time were measured. A comprehensive indicator system of filter dissolution can accurately determine the type and quantity of leachables which affect the water and vapor quality.

Abstract: A new type of silicon waterproof agent modified by γ-Mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane was prepared, which can be used in the fields of textile, especially in waterproofing building. Emulsifier and formula of the ratio of the raw material as well as the time and the temperature in the emulsification process were investigated [, and optimal conditions were identified. It had some superiority such as the mature technology, the simple production process and it was friendly to the environment [.

Abstract: With the development of urbanization, the odor from municipal wastewater treatment plants has disturbed the neighborhood and the control of odor has become an urgency research subject. The H2S odor was treated by the biofilter. The removal load of the biofilter, end products of H2S degradation, and operation process were studied in this paper. The results of removal H2S odor with the biofilter were as follows: When the gas flow rate was 1000m3/h (resident time 16.2s) and 1250m3/h (resident time 13.0s), and the inlet concentration of H2S ranged from 1.876 to 34.705mg/m3, the removal rate maintained above 99.92%, and the average outlet concentration was 0.001 mg/m3 which was far lower than the national level of discharge standard. The relationship between removal rate and temperature satisfied with the formula , and for H2S, θ=1.016. Furthermore, the end products of H2S degradation were only sulfate without sulfide. With the increase of sulfate, the removal of H2S was not affected. The study of operating parameters with the biofilter provided the necessary technical support for industrial design and operation control.

Abstract: With the development of materials science and technology, performance and preparation of polymer materials becomes a hot topic. The heat resistance and corrosion resistance of Polymer material are strong and can be manufacture for composite materials. It is widely used in many areas. This paper adds metal shielding materials into polymer materials and uses layered coating technology. This paper treats metal mesh and PET film composite structure as in the electromagnetic shielding layer and prepares the alternating multilayer polymer electromagnetic shielding materials. This paper tests electronic shielding effect of the material. It mainly detects the shielding effect of pass rate, the decay rate, and the electromagnetic intensity of visible light. The result shows that the permeation rate of the materials for visible light is about 40%, and the attenuation effect is 85db. Multilayered metal shielding mesh shields 60% magnetic field strength and obtains good electromagnetic shielding effects. This paper tests the mechanical properties of the material through the polarizing microscope which proves that alternating multilayer polymer material has good continuity mechanical properties and high yield strength and heat resistance. It provides theoretical support for the development of the new type of electromagnetic shielding materials.

Abstract: At present there are various kinds of synthetic methods of nanomaterials including physical, chemical and composite method derived from the former two kinds. However, these preparation methods require harsh conditions and produce low yield. Besides, they cause environmental pollution easily. Therefore the microorganism template synthesis is favored highly due to its rich resources, low cost and availability, environmental friendliness and unique configuration and high morphology repeatability. In this thesis E. coli strains are successfully adopted as the template to synthesize nanoselenium material. Such inspection methods as scanning electron microscope, X-ray diffraction and ultraviolet are used for the characterization of samples. It aims to explore a new synthetic green way for nanoselenium material.
