Abstract: In recent years, with the application of synthetic materials to supplant derma, much progress has been made in the research on the composition of composite skin substitute by culturing autologous/allogeneic skin cells plus derma. However, due to the fact that various skin substitutes and acellular dermal scaffolds are void of vascular structures, the transplant survival rate has been low. In this project, some dermal substitutes that are suitable for skin cells cultured in vitro are selected for the study. By means of genetic modification method, the dermal substitute containing human fibroblast shows a high level of expression of vascular endothelial cells, which not only promotes revascularization of the grafts, but improves the survival rate of transplant. The study opens up a new way in the reconstruction in vitro of a fully functional artificial skin substitute and the solution to the problem of insufficient autologous skin source.

Abstract: MIMO radar (Multiple input multiple output radar) is a hot topic which gets lots of attention from researchers all around the world recently. It can achieve better detection performance than conventional phased radar. In this paper, the MIMO radar signal model is studied, and then the concept of MIMO radar is applied into SAR. The technique is employed to detect the oil spill in sea. At last, some conclusion is drawn. And some item for future research in presented also.

Abstract: In recent years, it is more common to use biological chemical dyes, which the energy environment system research of chemical-looping combustion has received increasing attention in the field of science. It is the product that environmental science and energy supply match each other, and it also is the link between them. Through the recycle and use of CO2, this technology use physical and chemical methods again to achieve sufficient burning of fuel and the protection of environment.

Abstract: Ore Blending is an important problem that the majority of mining enterprises have to face. To solve the ore blending problem, the production plan should be made firstly, and then small adjustments should be made in according to the actual condition. By effective control and management, the balance of ore quality and stability will be realized. This paper introduced the linear programming and the concept of ore blending. A mathematical model is established by linear programming, solving the problems about ore blending of multi-seam mining in iron Mine of Tangshan hebei minging Ltd., giving the countermeasure aiming at the problem, realizing the effective management and control of ore quality.

Abstract: The measure error brought by the tank position changing is a problem need resolving for the enterprises that engaged in oil storage and processing. The paper will establish the mathematical model for the capacity indicator calibration of the tank whose position has changed, that is to say the model will show the relation between the oil capacity and the oil height and the position parameter (the vertical tilt angle α and the horizontal deflection angle β).The method will take the typical tank whose main body is cylinder and both ends are spherical. By the Use of the tank modification in /out the oil in the process of actual test data, we can determine the deflection parameters based on the mathematical model. Then we can give the calibration value interval of 10cm.We can further use the actual test data to test the validity and the reliability of the method.

Abstract: The later-period structure of Fuyang oil layer is complex and its reservoir is mostly composed by the sand bodies of riverways. The oil and gas reservoir features obvious concealment, and also is difficult to identify. To accurately describe the reservoir, a post-stack spectrum imaging was made for the identification of the riverway sand bodies in Fuyang oil layer using EPSTM image in the study area. The statistical error of the riverway sand body identification result using post-stack spectrum imaging was small if the sandstone thickness was greater than 3m. Seen from logging wells geological verification, the riverway identification fit rate was 81.6% on average, the microfacies type identification fit rate was 75%, and the microfacies types identification fit rate of the sandstone thicker than 3m was 80%. Using the nonlinear algorithm of the MDI software, the lithologic prediction was implemented based on the sand group as the unit, and the average prediction fit rate of the sandstone thicker than 3m reached 90% according to the standard relative error less than 20%. Therefore, the post-stack spectrum imaging can exert a significant effect for the anisotropic reservoirs of complex later-period structure, thin sand body, and complex changes, and can meet the needs of the oil field exploration and development to some extent.

To accurately describe the reservoir, a pre-stack elastic wave impedance inversion was made for Fuyang oil layer in Songliao Basin using FRSTM fracture. The pre-stack inversion results statistical error was small if the thickness of sandstone was greater than 3m. The error was close to 100% according to the standard less than 20%, namely the pre-stack inversion prediction accuracy was higher. However, the statistical error was greater and the pre-stack inversion prediction accuracy decreased if the thickness of sandstone was less than 3m, so the prediction result could be only used as a reference value. Therefore, the pre-stack elastic wave impedance inversion can produce a significant effect for the anisotropic reservoirs of complex later-period structure, thin sand body, and complex changes, and can meet the needs of the oil field exploration and development.

Abstract: The later-period structure of Fuyang oil layer is complex and its reservoir is mostly composed by the sand bodies of riverways. The oil and gas reservoir features obvious concealment, and also is difficult to identify. Therefore, in this study, the pre-stack seismic attributes of the sand bodies in riverways were identified using FRSTM fracture software in the study area, and the study results of the pre-stack detection on anisotropy showed that the relationship between the anisotropic development zone and the sedimentary microfacies is close and also they are affected by the fracture system. After a comprehensive analysis, it can be judged that the reliability of the anisotropic development features with fully-contained fluid or better physical properties after a pre-stack anisotropy analysis is very high, can objectively reflect the space distribution characteristics of the anisotropic strength at the targeted reservoir, and can plays an obvious effect on the areas of the complex later structure, and thin and complex sand bodies, so that the needs of oil fields exploration and development can be fulfilled.
