Warning Model System of Financial Fragility Based on GM(1,1)

Abstract:

The worldwide financial crisis arises one after another, highlighting the fragility of the financial system. It has become an important part of financial risk management when dealing with the issue on how to conduct an effective warning of financial fragility. This paper refers to the domestic and foreign research results and has constructed the precaution index system of financial fragility. Based on the gray GM (1,1) model, the author sets up warning model of financial fragility and analyzes the specific evaluation process aiming to provide important theoretical as well as practical significance for Chinas financial supervision.
