Abstract: A framework is proposed to reconstruct a super resolution image from a single low resolution image with Gaussian noise. The degrading processes of Gaussian blur, down-sampling, and Gaussian noise are all considered. For the low resolution image, the Gaussian noise is reduced through Wiener filtering algorithm. For the de-noised low resolution image, iterative back projection algorithm is used to reconstruct a super resolution image. Experiments show that de-noising plays an important part in single-image super resolution reconstruction. In the super reconstructed image, the Gaussian noise is reduced effectively and the peak signal to noise ratio (PSNR) is increased.

Abstract: Traveling salesman problem (TSP) is not only a combinatorial optimization problem but also a classical NP problem, which has has high application value. Simulated annealing algorithm is especially effective for solving TSP problems. Based on the deficiency of simulated annealing algorithm on avoiding local minima, this paper has improved the traditional simulated annealing algorithm, proposed simulated annealing algorithm of multiple populations to solve the classical TSP problem. This algorithm has introduced collateral mechanism of multiple populations and increased the initial populations so that it can include more solution set, avoid local minima, thus it has improved the optimization efficiency.This algorithm has very high use value in solving the TSP problem. Abstract: A certain type of command and control system detecting and teaching platform is designed in order to realize clear display of the operation, implement of the capability teaching, detecting and fault diagnoses conveniently. This thesis which is a part of the program introduces the design and realization of a certain type of radio RF circuit board detecting and teaching platform. The platform consists of adapter and Teaching Software. Experiments indicate that the platform is reliable in the operation, can improve the efficiency of circuit board teaching and provide a method for circuit board detecting and fault diagnoses.

Abstract: Based on cast and epithelial cells to segment difficultly in urinary sediment, this paper propose one modified segmentation algorithm that is combining Sobel edge detection with edge enhancement algorithm, and using the fusion technology to get the whole binary results. Using cast and epithelial having great area is to remove small area impurity. Last after morphological operation can deserve a good split binary image. Experimental results show that the algorithm performs faster, complete binary cells and higher precision than segmentation algorithm from now on. The algorithm is not only suitable for cast and other large cells, but also satisfied for red and white cells, crystallize, sperm in urinary sediment.

Abstract: Since Mean-Shift tracking algorithm always falls into local extreme value when the target was sheltered and the particle filter tracking algorithm has huge calculation and degeneracy phenomenon, a new target tracking algorithm based on Mean-Shift and Particle Filter combination is proposed in this paper. First, this paper introduces the basic theory of Mean-Shift and Particle Filter tracking algorithm, and then presents the new target tracking which the Mean-Shift iteration embeds Particle Filter algorithm. Experiment results show that the algorithm needs less computation, while the real-time tracking has been guaranteed, robustness has been improved and the tracking results has been greatly increased.

Abstract: This thesis introduced the language VHDL. Then, the thesis introduced the automobile signal beacon controllers function carry on analysis and gives the design project. in the meantime I carry the circuit on software and the hardware to imitate really etc. This design made the control system usage more convenient. Also it is easy to improve.

Abstract: The present studies of assembly accuracy predicting for complex products are mainly oriented to the early design stage. The final product assembly accuracy is computed using a variation propagation model, which is constructed based on design tolerance model and assembly model. Generally, the solving results are quite different with the actual values. In this paper, the axis angular variation calculation of the spacecraft cabin at the assembly phase was studied. And a novel analysis method for assembly variation was proposed with the consideration of measurement uncertainty of the key characteristics. An example was studied to illustrate and demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed method.

Abstract: K-means Algorithm is a popular method in cluster analysis, and it is most based on the Euclidean distance. In this paper, a modified version of the K-means algorithm based on the shape similarity distance (SSD-K-means) is presented. The shape similarity distance is one kind of non-metric distance measure for similarity estimation based on the characteristic of differences. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the method we proposed, this new algorithm has been tested on three shape data datasets. Experiment results prove that the performance of the SSD-K-means is better than those of the classical K-means algorithm based on the traditional Euclidean and Manhattan distances.

Abstract: This paper investigates the consensus problem of multi-agent systems with partial information transmission under an undirected topology. A distributed consensus protocol is proposed with local velocity feedback and the position information from neighbors. The consensus problem is converted to the stabilization problem by transforming the original systems into a reduced order state system. Then, by using graph theory and Jurys stability test, a sufficient and necessary condition for consensus of multi-agent systems is derived. An example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the presented results.

Abstract: An ultrasound velocimetry system based on single-chip CC2530 was designed, this combined the transit-time velocimetry and Doppler velocimetry, achieving the monitoring of wireless sensor network to the speed of the car. The Proteus software simulates the hardware circuits of the ultrasonic transmitter and receiver module. An ultrasound velocimetry system measures high-speed by the ultrasonic Doppler principle, it measures low-speed through the transit-time principle, the speedometer system was verified by the simulation technology. The design has a low complexity, low power, low cost, small error, application and so on.
