Abstract: In this paper, after analyzing the importance of constructing agricultural product logistics information system and features of multi-agent, combining agent technology and logistics technology, the agricultural product logistics information system based on multi-agent is studied, and the model of this system is given, and coordination mechanisms between agents are also discussed. Moreover, implementation scheme of the system is introduced. It is intelligent, reconstructed easily and has strong ability to interact, it can provide some basis for developing agricultural product logistics information system further.

Abstract: This paper constructed the technological innovation ability index system of logistics enterprise, propose causation model to evaluate technology innovation ability of modern logistics enterprise, model and solve the causal relationship among the evaluation indexes by structural equation model, The empirical results show that: this model can correctly describe the causal relationship between the indexes, define key indicators of logistics enterprise technology innovation ability accurately, and determine the main influencing factors, provide scientific basis for evaluating and improving the modern logistics enterprise technology innovation ability.

Abstract: The objective of this research is to study the problem and efficiency improvement of the clean room garment factory. The methods of production schedule were performed by heuristic technique of well-known scheduling methodologies including Shortest Processing Time, , Earliest Due Date, First Come First Serve method and Differential Evolution Method (DE). All methods can help to reduce the costs of delay shipment and time loss in various case studies. They were applied to the production order in 2 months after flooding problems in Thailand .The demand has a lot of quantities over production capacity. The results showed that the rules of Earliest Due Date method (EDD) is a powerful methodology for increasing production efficiency and minimizing make span. Whereas, the First Come First Serve (FCFS) method is the best method for finding a minimum value of total late job. Finally, Differential Evolution Method (DE) is the best method for finding a minimize value of average tardiness job.

Abstract: Compared with the correlation of housing price fluctuations among the major cities, the link on geography and economy is closer between the provincial cities, and the movement of capital and population is more common. These features make the correlation of price fluctuations is more likely to occur. This paper utilizes Granger causality test to investigate the housing price interactions among the cities in Shaanxi province by employing the housing price data from 1999 to 2011.The research shows that the inverted conductive relationship which the surrounding cities promote the central city exists in the housing price of Shaanxi. On this basis, this paper quantifies the degree of the correlation by using the impulse response function method. The conclusion will enlighten the establishment of the intervention and coordination mechanism.

Abstract: This research use a reasonable mix of materials and the structures to achieve highly shading performance of curtain fabrics. Choosing jacquard double layers structure and black passee as layer parallel with ratio of 2:1:1. Meanwhile, the thesis puts forward a pattern of the shading curtain fabrics. It has two series of color, the spring & the summer color and the autumn & winter color. To show the matching effect of the curtains, photos of indoor simulation by 3DMAX has made. Then the pattern samples were woven. Shading performance of samples were tested and analyzed. Finally a product simulation curtains were produced. Through the test of fabric shading, the shading rate is over 98%, which proves that they have good shading performance. And the average shading rate is over 99.4% which meet the full shading standard.

Abstract: With the development of information technology, both Building Information Modelling (BIM) technology and lean construction concept became more and more widely applied in the engineering field in our country, meanwhile.resulting in their prominent synergies with each other. BIM technology and lean construction concept are designed aimed at reducing wastes, saving costs, increasing productivity, and creating maximum value at the same time. Therefore, it will be more effective on value creation for their collaboration compared to their separate utilization from engineer perspective. This paper reports the combined technique between BIM technology and lean construction concept for its application in the cost management of engineering project of the building throughout the life-cycle among BIM mode, the lean cost analysis and control research. This combined technology is shown to be not only the main characteristic of construction enterprises but also the reference on improvement of production efficiency as well as competitiveness.
