Abstract: According to the actual situation of maintenance scheduling for distribution network, with the development of smart distribution grid, a maintenance scheduling optimization model which aims at taking the minimum electricity quantity caused by maintenance interruption without violating any constraints is proposed in this paper. Considering the actual situation, the temporary maintenance application and the maintenance status of equipment (outage or charged) are proposed in the objective function. In terms of constraints, leading in emergency degree constraint makes it possible that the maintenance scheduling can be sequenced according to orders of priority, which conforms to the development of smart distribution grid better. Then by use of improved genetic algorithm the optimization problem is solved. The test results show that the proposed model and algorithm can effectively solve the maintenance scheduling optimization problem.

Abstract: Because the demand for renewable energy has increased significantly and fixed wind turbine supporting platform meets difficulty when used in about more than 30m water depths, offshoring floating wind turbine supporting platform becomes an active research field.A numberof initial designs have been studied in literature based on a limited and simple requirement not considering whole-life cycle of the offshoring floating wind turbine platform. In this paper, first to supposea new requirement to initial design considering whole-life cycle from installation to operation and extreme condition; second to verify a tension leg wind turbine platform (TLWPT) design utilizing new requirement and give final conclusion.

Abstract: We presented a family of new 3D concentrators. Simulations showed they could significantly increase the illumination on objective plane compared with 2D trough concentrators. A 3D concentrator prototype with a nominal 35° half acceptance angle was made. Its performance was tested under an indoor solar simulator and by on-site experiment. Under solar simulator, a low cost poly-silicon solar cell coupled with a 3D concentrator achieved a 2.25 times of maximum output power compared with a similar bare solar cell. In the on-site experiment, poly-silicon solar cell with a 3D compound parabolic based reflective concentrator gained an average of 1.4 times maximum output power when the incidence sunlight within the critical angle.

Abstract: In this study, rock stability psychoanalytic theories were concluded, excavation of the underground workshop were done by applying geotechnical common software FLAC3D, then the adjoining rock displacements and transformation rules were simulated and study, and then bolts were used to support the rock, with the study of stress and strain rules and we can analyze and evaluate the effects of the bolting.

Abstract: Extended Influence Diagram (EID) is a graph model for modeling and solving decision problems under uncertainty, extended from the Influence Diagram. Architecture analysis is one of the main contents of architecture lifecycle. This paper introduces the modeling elements and architecture analysis process of EID, specifics probability elicitation procedure of directly controllable node according to DM2, discusses architecture maintainability by EID, finally summarizes this method's advantages and disadvantages.

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of spectrum shortages, dynamic spectrum access based cognitive radio technology was proposed, and the technology of spectrum sensing is the foundation of cognitive radio. In this paper, a semi-definite programming based waveform design algorithm is proposed for spectrum sensing. Considering the energy concentration property of Chirp signal, the Chirp signal is adopted as the basic function, which makes the composite waveform perform like impulse function in fractional Fourier transform domain. Simulation results show that the NESP (Normalized Effective Signal Power) of the designed waveform using the proposed algorithm can be over 70%, and the designed waveform also retains good energy concentration property in fractional domain.

Abstract: Taiwan is located in the subtropical zone. The climate in summer is hot with high humidity. In order to establish a comfortable office, it needs a lot of active devices, such as: air conditioner to maintain the suitable indoor temperature and humidity. In this study, a business office in the South District Public Health Center, Taichung City is conducted. According to our findings for the office, although the measured indoor temperature was closer to a comfortable temperature during the winter, the occupants of the indoor space still felt excessively warm. By contrast, the occupants of the same space achieved thermal comfort during the summer. This implies that most of the office occupants preferred a cooler environment with a lower temperature. In addition, because the summers in Taiwan are humid and hot, the occupants of an indoor space tend to feel uncomfortable because of the high humidity regardless of whether the temperature is maintained in a comfortable zone. A lower temperature (approximately 21.2-23.9°C) indirectly reduces humidity, thereby making the occupants comfortable.

Abstract: The automobile crane is a crane which is arranged on a common chassis or special automobile chassis, the driving cab and a lifting control room. The advantages of this crane is good mobility, transfer quickly. weight body truck crane is a very important part, but also a key part of the whole balance, its main function is to balance the gravity center of the whole lifting, make more stable, more safety. The current general crane are fixed weight, the weight is directly arranged motionless in the car tail, installation or transportation unloading work. This design is mainly the counterweight body is designed into a movable and rotatable, this mechanism has good flexibility, can adjust the balance weight body position, equivalent to adjust the focus of the counterweight body, enhance the lifting capacity and safety.

Abstract: Based on Pro/E and ADAMS software to establish drill riveting mechanism of virtual prototype, and complete the mechanism of rigid dynamics analysis, obtained the displacement, velocity, acceleration, correlation curve of the stress size, drilling for the further research on the mechanical performance of organizations and riveting optimization provides reference basis.
