Abstract: This paper mainly studied on the effect and experiment of fiber content of plant fiber multilayer decorative board, the results show that: when the fiber content is 30% in the composite, each property can achieve better. The product has good physical and chemical properties, and environmental characteristic, it has also reached the indoor furniture use requirements and can be used to replace the ordinary artificial board,.The product is completely no harm to environment in both producing and using, and has a broad development prospect.

Abstract: The oil absorption performances of PBMA, P(BMA-BA), PLMA and P(LMA-MMA) for aviation kerosene and dimethylbenzene were studied. The results showed that PBMA had perfect oil absorption for dimethylbenzene, absorptive ratio of P(BMA-BA) for aviation kerosene was the highest, and PLMA had great oil-absorbing amount for aviation kerosene. Moreover, the kinetic mode of swelling process was discussed and correlative parameter indicated that the oil-absorbing process obeyed the first-order kinetics well.

Abstract: Zinc base solder wettability was poor, the appropriate flux could significantly improve its wettability. To join different content of the active material in the flux could also improve its corrosion resistance of substrate and wetting effects. This paper studies the effects of BTA corrosion inhibitor on Zn20Sn solder flux physical properties and the spreading performance, the results show that :when the inhibitor BTA content is less than 0.3%, the flux is not sticky.corrosive, no volatile matter content, stability all meet the national standard and spreading performance is good.

Abstract: The Cutting force and cutting temperature are the important factors which can affect the quality and accuracy of the aluminum alloy work-pieces. Based on the theoretical analysis of the cutting force and cutting temperature, the three-dimensional Finite Element Model (FEM) with the overall tool is established. The corresponding results of the digital simulation were researched, and the cutting force and cutting temperature were analyzed. The cutting temperature and cutting force changes were compared by altering the axial depth of cut and the feed rate.

Abstract: The chemical modification of titanium gypsum was made by calcium lignosulfonate, naphthalene and polycarboxylate superplasticizer. The effect of different superplasticizer on the physical properties of titanium gypsum was studied. The test results show that the standard consistency water, setting time and mechanical strength of titanium gypsum had changed to different extent with the three types of superplasticizer added. Naphthalene superplasticizer had best modification effect on titanium gypsum and its optimum content was 3%. When the naphthalene superplasticizer dosage was 3%, the 2h flexural strength and the 2h compressive strength of sample were 1.15MPa and 2.37MPa. The micro structure of titanium gypsum hydration products was analysed by SEM and the action mechanism of superplasticizer was analysed.

Abstract: Used the desulfurization gypsum, foaming agent and fly ash for molding thermal insulation foamed desulfurization gypsum, and studied the influence of different content of foaming agent on its density, mechanical properties and thermal conductivity. The result showed that when the content of foaming agent was 5%,the thermal conductivity was 0.052W/(m·K) reaching minimum, and the density of foamed desulfurization gypsum was 225Kg/m3 .To use glass fiber as reinforcing material for studying the effect of the vary content of glass fiber on strength of the material. The result showed that when the content of glass fiber was 1.5%, the flexural strength and compressive strength of the sample was increased 41.67%5.66% than the blank sample.

Abstract: In the experiment, polystyrene particles, cement, fly ash, activator and fibers were used as raw material to prepare new cement-based composite insulation board by compression molding. Through the determination of best content of fly ash, the effects of fly ash on strength of composite insulation board were studied. Through the determination of the optimal content of activators, the effects of activators on the mechanical properties of composite insulation board were studied. Through the determination of the optimal dosage of fibers, the effects of fibers on performance of composite insulation board were studied. The morphology in the samples was observed by scanning electron microscopic, and the action mechanism of each component was studied.

Abstract: Red mud lightweight baking-free brick was prepared by red mud, fly ash and cement. The influence of activator on properties of red mud lightweight baking-free brick was studied. The micro-structure of red mud lightweight baking-free brick was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that when the activator content is 1%, the sample with better performance obtained and the flexural strength increased by 64.4%, the compressive strength increased by 44.1% compared with the blank style.
