Study on Different Folding Carton Damaged in Drop Condition

Abstract:

This paper studies on the drop experiments for different tube folding carton structure. First of all, combined with the general height in goods, three height of tube folding carton are set in these experiments. Secondly, these experiments make some different carton structure. Each kind of tube folding cartons is made of 40 samples. Thirdly, using experimental instrument, these folding cartons are carried through drop experiment. The method of inspection is subjective test, namely observing folding carton damaged appearance after dropped. In the analysis of sample data, some reasonable suggestions are given to lay exquisite packaging. It can avoid packaging inadvertently damaged on movement or placed which caused these packaging not easy sell.
