Abstract:

Todaro migration models a research model proposed by Michael P. Todaroin the early 1960s to 1970s, describing the society population mobility. The article starts with the current unemployment situation in China, with the perspective of Automation control and combined with Todaro migration model, analyzing and elaborating how to keep unemployment population under control in both technical and institutional ways.
