The Structure Composition Principles of the Component

Abstract:

Aim at the characteristics of components made up the machine is able to maintain the assembly relationship, this paper put forward the concept of the component structure, discuss the condition of being a component structure. According to the phenomenon that the component structure can contain more fundamental component structure, Component structure was proposed by one or several structural units with three fundamental principles: Join the components structures into the assembly structure, join the level I components structural units to the assembly structure as the assembly structure, join the level II and above structural units providing independent component structure as the assembly structure. Discuss the component definition and classification of structural Unit, division rules and procedures of the component decomposition.
