Abstract: The paper carries out the parameter analysis on the cable deflections and gravity stiffness of cable-stayed suspension bridge. Previous studies have given the formulas of cable deflections and gravity stiffness. According to these formulas, the three significant parameters were examined: rise-span ratio, concentrated load and the ratio of cable-stayed length to whole span. The result indicates when reasonable parameters are selected, the gravity stiffness of cable-stayed suspension bridge is improved greatly.

Abstract: Accelerated the development of urbanization, on the one hand, it requires urban complex implementing its overall function to deal with urban problems; on the other hand, requires urban complex requirements urban complex with living services and production services internal functions of the organic integration. To solve this problem, through the city complex functional analysis this chapter summarizes the main factors affecting functional orientation, presents the basis for functional orientation, methods and procedures, that can provide a theoretical argument for the urban complex functional.

Abstract: Combined with the engineering project of a bridge in Lanzhou, the derrick crane girder method in the special terrain conditions of the construction technology and process is introduced in detail, also the internal force of steel wire rope is calculated in detail. After applying in practical engineering, it proves that derrick crane lifting method is not only safe and reliable but also economical and feasible.

Abstract: The complex interaction between the pile and surrounding soil significantly affects the behavior of the piled reinforced embankment. In this paper, a 3D numerical model of piled reinforced embankment was set up to explore the development of the settlement of the pile and the surrounding soft soils during the embankment filling as well as the subsequent consolidation of the soil. The evolution of the pile axial force, the skin friction and the neutral plane depth was also studied. The results show that the settlement of the pile and surrounding soil, the pile axial force, the skin friction along the pile shaft and the neutral plane depth during the embankment filling and the consolidation process experienced a complicated evolution.

Abstract: On the use of the Superpave Shear Test which was developed by Stratagem Highway Researching Plan in America (SHRP),this paper simulates the effect of two-way shear load in asphalt concrete (AC) overlay on the existing cement concrete pavement. According to the RSCH research on 7 kinds of asphalt mixtures, evaluating the shear performance of asphalt mixtures. The results showed that: 1. There was a significant correlation between the repeated shear times and shear strain using logarithmic curve; 2. void ratio had a greater influence on the shear performance of asphalt mixture. With greater void ratio, the shear strain is more sensitive to load. It takes more shear deformation to enter the stage on shear stability, and the stronger the ability to adapt for shear deformation; 3.with the same gradation and different asphalt variety, shear performance are different. When asphalt mixture is subjected the shear action, especially the instantaneous load, a high viscosity bitumen asphalt mixture can be given a large viscous resistance.

Abstract: Research for mechanism of concrete structure interacting with formwork support by manufacturing 2 test models of two-layer and single-span reinforced concrete frame at laboratory, and analysis interaction performance between concrete structure and formwork support and the influence of construction period, curing time of concrete and load on mechanical performance of formwork support system during the construction period.Research data shows:formwork support system interacted with concrete structure is a linear system when live load applied is smaller then crack load calculated according to mechanical indicators of loading-age concrete;load applied by formwork support system decreases with develop of curing time of concrete and removal of bottom support and construction period extension;it is also effected by environmental temperature.

Abstract: Reservoir impoundment is induced landslide deformation and instability of the important factors, while the water level change rate on the slope stability, the influence of reservoir Banks is very important. Based on the three gorges reservoir area White House bag landslide as an example, based on saturated-unsaturated seepage theory, finite element analysis of seepage and stability calculation method, consider different library water rising rate and sliding body different permeability coefficient two factors, the simulation of the reservoir water rises sliding body underground water level and safety coefficient variation law with time. The result shows that1. The water table with respect to the changes of the water level is in a certain lag, reservoir water infiltration slope is a gradual process,it is related to the rate of rise of the water level and the permeability coefficient of sliding body. 2. The changes of the water table closely related to the stability of landslide, enhance the higher the water table,The greater the saturation area of the sliding body,he worse the stability of the landslide. 3. The whole landslide stability decreased when the water level rises, the greater the rate of rise of the water level, the greater the permeability coefficient of sliding body, the worse the stability of the landslide.

Abstract: The HZM(Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao) bridge connects Hongkong, Zhuhai and Macao district, and it strctchs across the Pearl River estuary. A lot of piers and three large artifical islands would have some impact on the hydrodynamic environment in the Pear River estuary. In this paper, a 2D tidal current numerical model is introduced to simulate the hydrodynamic impact from the HZM brdige. The simulated results show that the Hydrodynamic influence is concentrated on the 5.0 km range from downstream to upstream nearby the navigation zone and the 1.0 km range of bridge site in not-navigation zone, and the tidal range reduction is limited 0.03m and the tidal prism reduction is not more than 1% in the Lingding Sea after the HZM bridge constructed. Therefore, the HZM bridge has little influence on the distribution of hydrodynamic environment in the Pearl River estuary.

Abstract: It was carried out the test of the basic mechanical properties of lord-bearing thermal insulation concrete specimens before and after carbonization. The results showed that the cubic compression strength, splitting tensile strength and flexural strength of these specimens were all increased with the growth of carbonization age, which provided a test basis for the durability design and analysis of lord-bearing thermal insulation concrete.

Abstract: Three-dimensional finite element analysis was made on the transverse joint stress state of the concrete pavement slab with void underneath using ANSYS. The transfer effect of dowel bar was discussed with aircraft loaded in the joints. The influence rule of load transfer effect under different dowel bar spacing and dowel bar cross section dimension was compared. Based on the results of finite element analysis, this paper had carried on the experimental study on stress-transferring effect on concrete pavement joints with different location of the dowel bar. The influencing factors of pavement slab transverse joint with void underneath and the resistance of pavement damage on the joint was analyzed. Theoretical analysis showed that in order to reinforce the resistance capacity of local cavity on concrete pavement joint, the largest spacing of transverse dowel bar set shall not be more than 45cm, and the main factors influencing the resistance void ability on the joint are top reaction modulus, coefficient of cavity, the concrete elastic modulus and coefficient of transverse reinforcement.
