Abstract: The urban road flood protection capacity is related with a lot of elements such as human factors and natural environment as the lake. The lake can storage water temporarily and improves the urban road flood protection capacity. Based on Internet of Things technology, we establish an urban road drainage system sandbox with the near lake to simulate the relationship between the urban road flood protection capacity and the lake. The experiment simulates urban road drainage with the near lake in different rainfall level. Simulation results show that the near lake can obviously improve the urban road flood protection capacity in Heavy Rain and Rainstorm, and partly improve the urban road flood protection capacity heavy rainstorm and big heavy rainstorm. This can interchange for the urban road drainage system design to improve urban road flood protection capacity, promote the urban natural environment protection including the lake protection.

Abstract: The development of low-carbon energy economy has become common choice of the world to solve energy security and environmental issues in the context of climate change and energy issues. Carrying out construction of intelligent community becomes the key technology for optimizing energy efficiency of smart grid. This paper focuses on low-carbon energy management system of intelligent community, which including: construction mode, functional configuration and mode switching condition on low-carbon energy management system of intelligent community as well as the coordination between the upper and lower subsystem. These can provide reference technology solutions for energy management of intelligent community in China.

Abstract: It is an innovative design method in physics that product layout design is abstracted into convex hull plus rubber band simulation layout mode by setting up the optimized model. Based on the physics model of Newtons Second Law, this paper analyzed collision detection methods during the process of realizing reasonable layout, and it is founded that real-time collision detection and collision response during movement, produced components within the given beat, appeared to be the key content of resolving digital model design. In this paper, Area Difference method was adopted to detect when the collision occurred during component movement and what kind of state the component tended to be in collision. At the same time, it also determined the interference degree, solved critical point pose for collision response as well as its generation time and related torque and force, which can confirm the components continued movement model of rotation and sliding. Meanwhile, it employed the Judgment Matrix method to analyze collision response so as to confirm the collision interference relationship and collision action state, movement possessing mode (rotation, sliding and retraction, etc.) within the remaining time after collision with given beat during the layout process. All these provided with a practical solution for digital design of optimized model based on convex hull plus rubber band simulation compact layout.

Abstract: Present situation and guidance ammunition weapon equipment in maintenance system is analyzed, From the strengthening of technical knowledge the existing problems of guidance ammunition support operating system and repair depth are put forward, a complete theoretical system is established, security concept is established in perfect communication platform, a new repair system is established including overall planning of the test and support evaluation of guidance ammunition , to strengthen and improve the guidance ammunition support maintenance work.

Abstract: In according to adverse effect on ecological condition by discharging concentrated seawater into the sea, novel sea water desalination zero release system is proposed in this article. The brine from desalination system will be deal with compressed air method, and not into the ser. The brine fully utilized to improve water use efficiency and economic benefits, which reduce the impact on the ecological environment.

Abstract: This paper analyzed the statistical data of the Baltic Capesize Freight Index (BCI) and the daily return rate sequences to improve forecast reliability of the international dry bulk shipping market. It used the first-order logarithmic difference method to get the BCI daily return rate sequence, showing that the BCI daily return sequence had a leptokurtosis and fat-tail fluctuation feature and other features such as integration. To analyze volatility persistence, sensitivity and hysteresis of the sequence, a GARCH (1, 1) model was introduced. The GARCH (1, 1) model constructed the forecast method of BCI sequence, and it predicted the BCI daily return rate by optimizing lag phases. The logarithm sequences of BCI daily return rate finally reverted to BCI, which was forecasted at last. The conclusion is supposed to improve the international dry bulk shipping market forecasting method.
