Abstract: The level of manufacturing readiness for productions can decide the quality and effectiveness directly. In this paper, the indexes system of a certain type equipment is built up. And the evaluation model is established based on BP neural network. At last, the method is proved to be effective through the example of manufacturing readiness evaluation for a type of the equipment, providing a reference method to evaluation and improvement of manufacturing readiness level for a certain type equipment.

Abstract: The static EOQ (economic ordering quantity) model for manufacturing/remanufacturing hybrid system was improved from the point of view of time-value of system costs, and further considered the effect of time-value of money in inventory management of the hybrid system. A modified dynamic EOQ model based on time-value of system costs was proposed for a hybrid system. The main purpose of the dynamic EOQ model was to study how to determine optimal ordering quantity of the hybrid manufacturing/remanufacturing system. A numerical comparison analysis between the different models was given to illustrate the difference of the average cost and the optical ordering quantity. The results shown the modified EOQ model was often considered a more correct way in the hybrid manufacturing/remanufacturing system. The sensitivity analysis was also made to investigate the effects of main parameters on the modified EOQ model.

Abstract: With the wide application of MC (mass customization) in manufacturing which can deal with the customer diversification and their individual requirements, the traditional green design method could not meet the demand of product development any more. This paper summarized native and external achievements related to green design and MC, and proposed two correlation methods of product green design: product green design based on product configuration and variant design of product configuration, according to the research of green design method and theory for MC. The two methods provide strong support to enterprises both in theory and method to make green design efficiently. Whats more, it can help develop quick respond ability of enterprises, shorten the development cycle and product cycle, and realize rapid development and lot-size product.

Abstract: The smooth flow of The Jingjiang River channel is the key to achieve the overall effectiveness of the Yangtze River shipping. By regulation project, the minimum depth of the Jingjiang River is from 3 meters to 3.5 meters. By regression analysis, growth curve, grey system and elasticity coefficient of transportation, freight volume is predicted in some feature years. Through the combination forecasting method analyzes the weight of the former four prediction methods. After the regulation project, the freight volume of the Jingjiang River will reach 296.32 million tons in 2035, and average increase of 10%.

Abstract: The cluster theory has become one of the main concepts promoting regional competitiveness, innovation, and growth. Among the measurements, the Location Quotient has been widely adopted by researchers in measuring logistics industrial cluster. This paper tries to measure the degree of logistics industrial cluster for 21 national logistics nodes cities of China with the help of Location Quotient. The results obtained from these regions can be transferred to national logistics nodes cities planning policy attempting to encourage city logistics networks. As a result, it is generally acknowledged that these logistics industrial clusters influence regional economic development.

Abstract: Based on analysis of the traffic impacts characteristics of the urban commercial complex, the article proposed that single-functional project itself generated traffic volume is related to time, and conforms to the corresponding Poisson distribution function. However, the multiple-functional complex itself generated peak-hour traffic volume is not a simple sum of each single-function peak volume, but is calculated by superposing the each function respective traffic density functions. Meanwhile, the article also explored the superposition and calculation method to obtain peak-hour traffic volume during forecasting the trip generation of the urban commercial complex.

Abstract: In view of that the current models are almost combining models of different kinds of forecast methods and the absence of substantial research on multi-scale combining in the context of traffic forecasts, we proposed a method that in multiple scales combines multiple forecasts based on prediction approaches of the same category. The method combines multi-scale analyses with exponential smoothing forecasting and its weights are assigned according to the performance of the various scales forecasts. Using four years actual data, we in two scales demonstrated it by forecasting annual traffic volumes for an expressway in China and the application verified its accuracy.

Abstract: With the rapid development of Chinese highway construction, domestic highway design has stepped into the stage of efficacy. At the present stage, traditional highway design method on the basis of vehicle dynamics is exposing more and more drawbacks. The main factor affecting traffic accidents in highway transportation system should be analyzed form a new perspective and complementarity for Design Specification for Highway Alignment should be proposed. The purpose of this research is summering the relative research and its technique of highway safety.

Abstract: According to the multi-objective features and the importance of scientific decision-making in the scheme selection of rail transit network planning, this paper constructed an evaluation index system of rail transit network from the aspects of network function, traffic function and economic evaluation. After considering the experts knowledge and experience, decision-makers intention and the information contained in the data, the comprehensive evaluation index weight was determined by using AHP and entropy weight method. And also, this paper combined with standardized decision matrix and selected index weight to construct weighted decision matrix and the positive and negative ideal project plan of weighted standardization decision matrix was determined based on TOPSIS. The superiority of urban rail transit network was evaluated through calculating the similarity between scheme index matrix and ideal scheme. Finally, an example was given to prove the model was scientific and effective.
