Abstract: The take-up winder is an important equipment of chemical fiber textile machinery. Vibration performance is the key to decide quality and service life of product. The modal of winder is analyzed. It is shown that the rotation speed cannot be kept away from fifth and sixth resonance frequency. The Maximum stress response is calculated by harmonic analysis. According to results of high-cycle fatigue tests, the service life of winder is evaluated. The results show that there is the risk of fatigue damage for small damp ratio. Unlimited fatigue life can be obtained by creasing damp ratio. It can be concluded that creasing damp is an effective way to improve the service life.

Abstract: Ionizing radiation total measurement response of Schottky Diode were studied, Investigation result shows radiation causes decrement of breakdown reverse voltage and increment of leakage currents. More steps theoretical analysis shows radiation induced new interface state which causes performance degeneration of device, thus changes density distribution of interface state and modules Barrier Height of Schottky Diode.

Abstract: In this paper, a modified car-following model is proposed, in which, the weather and road conditions are taken into account. The stability condition of the model is obtained by using the control theory method. We investigated the property of the model using linear and nonlinear analyses. The Kortewegde Vries equation near the neutral stability line and the modified Kortewegde Vries equation around the critical point are derived by applying the reductive perturbation method. The traffic jam could be thus described by the KdV soliton and the kinkanti-kink soliton for the KdV equation and mKdV equation, respectively. Numerical simulations are carried out to verify the model, and good results are obtained with the new model.

Abstract: For evaluation indicators are dependent on each other and contradictory, difficult to conduct a comprehensive evaluation in the oil-gas production management program, the paper uses the fuzzy mathematics method to establish calculation model, selects out a best solution from a number of programs to help field managers to make the right decisions and judgments by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.

Abstract: This paper is concerned with the problem of proportional reinsurance control strategy with dividend process in insurance company. The existence of optimal control strategy is proved by variational inequality,and the specific construct of optimal control strategy and the explicit structure of optimal return function are derived.

Abstract: Adverting is one of the most important profit models in internet world. With more than ten years development, internet advertisement becomes smarter than ever and RTB (Real Time Bidding) is becoming the major share in the whole internet advertisement. Under RTB environment, advertisers need more accurate and efficient advertising technology than before. Targeted advertising integrates game theory, big data analysis, data mining and advertising technology and helps to publish advertisement to audiences precisely. Social network is the reflection of real world on internet built on six degrees of separation theory, and it has massive users and enormous access every day and thus collects massive personal information which can help to improve targeted advertising. This paper presents a framework to use social network analysis to improve targeted advertising and introduces clustering and cosine similarity as specified algorithm in the framework.

Abstract: With the rapid development of China's stock market, investment on the stock has become more rational and scientific and the analysis of the role of equity investments is also increasingly important. In this paper, we use 20 publishing and media companies' financial data from 2011 to analyze the profitability, solvency, growth and capital expansion capability with cluster analysis, and then use the Bayesian discrimination analysis to quantify the classification to inspect the results. According to the investment analysis of media section of stocks, we sum up the type and characteristics of the media section stock for the market to grasp each participant to provide effective long-term growth trend in the reference area.

Abstract: This study, taking Chongqing University of Science and Technology (CUST) as an example, carries on statistical analysis of utilization of resources in university libraries. Specifically, this study has quantitative statistical analysis of utilization of resources in university libraries from three aspects, including utilization of books, frequency ranking of books and ranking of readers. According to the results of analysis, puts forward three suggestions to improve utilization rate of resources in university libraries. The research provides reliable references for university library management to improve the book collection structure.

Abstract: This system is developed a Enter-Sale-Keep management system for Qinhuangdao Haineng new building materials Co., Ltd.. The system relates to such management operations as account, registration, modification, query summary, balance calculation, copy, paste, and etc.. Through the system analysis, a feasible system is determined. In the design PowerBuilder (PB) is used for testing and debugging, and finally GP-install is used to make a data package. It has been proved that not only a seamless connection for data transmission is accomplished, embedded into the system, the development of database management system is sped up, but a open transplantation of the system can be provided.

Abstract: Many organizations are developing their competencies in logistics and green supply chain management (GSCM) in order to maintain competitiveness. When an organization decides to implement GSCM, the administrators always encounter internal and external risk items or difficulties which they know even they dont know. This study therefore proposes an analytic hierarchy model to help the administrators understand the critical risk factors influence the GSCM system initiation, and an aggregative risk degree is indicated which risk grade they are in. Successful influences can help the enterprise under their competitive advantages to appropriate allocation of resources, to further improve the efficiency of resource utilization, and provide enterprises to choose business strategy of the green supply chain management has reached the goal of corporate operating performance and brand management.
