Abstract: A non-contact Fourier-domain optical coherence creep tomography (OCCT) is developed and employed in real-time non-contact creep measurement. Experiments on thermal deformation were carried out by using the self-developed OCCT to measure a high-temperature structure. In the OCCT system, a high-performance spectrometer, and a thermal light are, respectively, employed as the detector and the light source. Due to the broadband of the spectrometer and light source, the system provided high robust performance with an excellent deformation measurement resolution of sub-millimeter scale. Due to the energy leakage effect of FFT, a spectrum correction technique was employed to enhance the resolution of the OCCT system. From the experimental results, the self-developed OCCT has great potential applications in non-contact real-time creep measurement of high-temperature structures.

Abstract: To solve the problems of installed trival, resource waste, hammerhead falling off and improve the poor abrasion resistance of hammer handle under the crusher hammers working condition, the new combined type crusher hammers were designed by connecting separated hammer handle and separated hammer head. When hammer head were worn badly, we just replaced hammer head and don't have to remove the shaft rod. This design can save a lot of time and labor force, improve production efficiency and we can save a lot of resources by reusing the hammer handle; At the same time, hammer tip was casted with liquid-liquid bimetal composite casting technology of casting, under the premise of guaranteeing the wear-resisting, which can also ensure that the impact toughness of the joint. Validated by actual working condition, hammer handle can be replaced at least five times for this design of hammer, and each group has 24 hammer heads, every 5 sets of hammer heads can save 1200 kg metallic materials, 1800 KWh and CO2 emissions dropped by 1795 kg.

Abstract: The compression properties of three varieties of alfalfa seeds, such as Medicago sativa L. cv. Gannong No.3, Medicago sativa L. Longdong and Medicago sativa L. cv. Golden Empress, are studied by extrusion experiments using SANS universal material testing machine. The results of Longdong alfalfa seed show that the fracture load has relation with shape and size of the alfalfa seeds. For both of ellipsoidal seed and arched seed, the fracture load of single seed is about 19N to 30N. The fracture load increases linearly with the thickness of plump seed with the ratio of thickness to width greater than 0.75. These inclusions for other two varieties are the same with Longdong alfalfa seed. This research could offer a technical basis of designing and developing of the alfalfa seeder and seed harvesting machine.

Abstract: According to the forage of mountain region harvesting requirements, a transmission of montanic mower conditioner was designed. The drive system was combined with automatic tension sprocket and double chain wheel of upper and lower crushers, firstly, to realize the automatic regulation and relative motion of two flattening roller, secondly, the power was passed to reel device and achieved forage feeding function; the off-center slider crank mechanism drove the horizontal header to realize the grass cutting function. Through the theoretical analysis and experimental study of the system working performance, applied comprehensive scoring method to obtain the optimal combination of working parameters: the cutting ration was3, the press roller circumferential speed was 4.5m/s, the reel speed ratio was 3. Measured with the optimal combination of operational parameters, the results showed that: the working stubble was 40mm, the recutting rate was 0.8%, the flattening ratio was 42.8% and the crushed grass loss rate was 2.3%, which could meet the demand of forage harvest operation.

Abstract: This paper studied the performance of a flowing-over PV/T system with water and Al2O3 nanofluid as the working fluid. The experimental system was built in the outdoors. The parameters of the experiment obtained for processing, analysis, accessing to the electrical efficiency and thermal efficiency. Experimental results show that the flowing-over PV/T system with Al2O3 nanofluid as working fluid has a higher overall efficiency than that with water.

Abstract: The Multi-functional medical bed has been designed to the patient whose life cant been provided for oneself, critically ill patients, and the special needs of paralyzed patients. In the paper, through market research and according to the structure of existing medical bed, a manual medical bed has been designed; And the bed board, lift back and leg mechanism, defecation device and eat device of the medical bed have been discussed; the feasibility analysis of the motion mechanism has been carried and the basic design parameters of the product have been determined; on the basis, the main structure for medical bed has been carried on the design and calculation. The results showed that function of the medical bed is reliable, the structure is reasonable, and it is in line with the requirements of ergonomics. Especially, some of these institutions have been optimized and replace to use more convenient and quickly.

Abstract: This paper describes the sugarcane planting area in our country, and explains the present situation of mechanized harvest. It expounds the existing problems in the mechanized process of the sugarcane harvested region. In addition, it introduces the structure of the leaf-stripping device on the small-scale and whole stalk typical sugarcane harvester, analyzes the process leaves off in the sugarcane combine harvester,meanwhile it supplies a good design plan for the leaf-stripping device of sugarcane harvester.

Abstract: The approximately analytic solution of the differential equation of the damped vibration of the strongly odd power nonlinear oscillator has been obtained by harmonically averaging method. By comparing with numerical results, it is proven that the principle of the attenuation of amplitude gotten by this method is almost exact, and the approximate solution is valid.

Abstract: Vibration protection of the piping in nuclear power plants (NPPs) is critical for safety operation of NPPs. In order to improve the anti-shock ability of pipes in NPPs, the application feasibility of the elastomer damper in piping protection is investigated. The numerical analysis and the shock test are utilized to compare performances between the elastomer damper and the hydraulic oil damper, which is widely utilized in NPPs currently. The comparison results prove that the recoil force of the elastomer damper to the system is smaller. Moreover, the shock mitigation process of the elastomer damper is more smoothly. Therefore, the performance characteristics of the elastomer damper can well meet the requirements of vibration protection for pipes in NPPs. It can be used in NPPs in the future.

Abstract: Largemouth bass, as known as Cichlasomamanaguense, have many characteristics such as carnivorous, fast growth, and less disease. According to the living habit of the bass, a food habit domestication device is designed and developed. By the sound guidance system, underwater monitoring system and automatic control system, the device is able to achieve the goal of domesticating food habit by delivering the baits through the flowing water. The flowing water makes the bait looks like alive, and the water speed of feeding system is in accord with the living habit of the bass. Automatic control system can efficiently complete the work of domestication and meet the requirements of time and quality as well as decrease the labor cost obviously. The sound guidance system can change the methods of gathering the fish from the passive, inefficient way based on the "sense of hunger", to the initiative, efficient way based on "sound" to get better effect of domestication. Workers are able to adjust the feeding speed according to fish reaction collecting from the underwater monitoring system. The experiment shows the wide application potential of the valuable technique.
