Abstract: The movement model of self-adjusting bolt is built in this paper, then the kinematical and mechanical analysis is taken to determine the movement of bolt under the converters working condition.Via the mechanical model analysis of self-adjusting bolts, the load applied to the self-adjusting bolt support including the static weight load of converter and steel liquid, the tilting torque, the dynamic load produced by frequent startup, brake, impact, and the boiling of steel liquid is calculated to determine the distribution of load forcing on the three groups of the self-adjusting bolt. According to the results of stress analysis, the bolt facing tapping hole is the most dangerous when converter tilts 63°. The maximum torque is 281.5101tm.

Abstract: A variable scale compressive tracking algorithm based on structural constraint sample is presented to solve the variable scale problem in this paper. A number of scanning windows with different scales and positions are obtained by structural constraint sampling.Some sparse random sensing matrices with different scales that can be computed offline easily are adopted to extract the features of different foreground target and background sample image patches with relevant scales online, the sample patch having a maximal score is regarded as the new tracking result by classifying the compressive features via a naive bayesian classifier,meanwhile,to update the location and scale. Experimental results show the proposed algorithm performs favorably against state-of-the-art algorithms on challenging sequences in terms of the basic attitude and scale change, which is robust and does not depend on the scale selection of the initial tracking area.

Abstract: A novel method for multi-feature fusion is proposed in this paper. Spectral curve is used to represent spectral feature. Run-length is redefined to describe texture. Surface integral is introduced to express spatial feature. The fuzzy fusion theory is adopted to integrate a variety of features so as to identify remote sensing images. SPOT5 multi-spectral images were used as experimental data. Qingdao Agricultural University and its surrounding were selected as the study area. Experimental results show that the proposed method has good performance for green land, building, shadow and water, but the recognition rate of bare ground and road is not high. The even classification accuracy is satisfactory about 79.5%.

Abstract: The gain scheduling control is widely used in the system, whose dynamics parameters change with the operating conditions. In order to adapt the dynamic parameter variety of the high-speed and flexible spindle, the gain scheduling control method is applied to control the unbalance vectors of the correcting faces. The algorithm principle of gain scheduling control and its control method are given in the paper. The flexible spindle experiment system is designed to test the dynamic balance effect of gain scheduling control method. The experiment result indicates that the unbalance vectors of the correcting faces tend to be stable and close to the actual demand based on the gain scheduling control, and the residual unbalance vibration of the two monitoring points tend to be average and small.

Abstract: Machine spindle pre-tightening force is closely related to machining precision. Universal spindle is generally pre-tightened through spacer sleeve adjustment. The calculation method about bearing pre-tightening force is put forward through analyzing and computing the main factors of bearing pre-tightening force, and the machine spindle bearing pre-tightening methods based on pre-tightening force are described in detail. This method is used for installation and maintenance of machine spindle, and it is proved to achieve the accuracy recovery of high-revolution, high-precision machine spindle.

Abstract: This paper researches the common mode rejection ratio (CMRR) of 3 op-amp instrumentation amplifier of amplifying weak signal and presents a new calculation modal considering noise, non-ideal amplifiers, matched resistor and application restricted by the factors of affecting CMRR. At last, a instrumentation amplifier was designed and built and its measured and computed results of modal are compared. The results show that this modal presented enhances calculating precision and extends application range of instrumentation amplifier. It is valid and reasonable.

Abstract: In order to solve the problems that mountain alfalfas planting does not meet the agronomic requirements and low yield, a small mountain alfalfa seed drill was designed. The width of machine is 1.2m, planting 6 rows, and using shaped hole wheel metering device. Its each line displacement consistency coefficient of variation is 4.09%. Its total displacement stability coefficient of variation is 1.64%.The deviation between the actual seed kernels per in each 10cm trench and the designed value is less than 5%.

Abstract: A wide variety of motor-pumped wells were used in agricultural in our daily life. Considering the service situation, the motor-pumped well was exposed to the air usually. With the condition, the falling accidents of underage children are reported frequently. It is extremely complicated to rescue the children trapped in the narrow and small space. The emergency rescue equipment based on optimization design method and dynamics analysis is introduced in the paper. This Motor-pumped well Rescue Equipment with the carrying platform can be controlled by the flexible rope to adapt to different rescue site. With the protection of umbrella support structure, the equipment completes combined action by dragging the manipulator; the equipment has been set up scalable obstacle negotiation mechanism so that it can adapt to the Motor-pumped well larger than 350 mm in diameter. In the research, the virtual prototype technology was used to simulate the kinematics and dynamics characteristics of the mechanical system. The feasibility of the design scheme of mechanical system was proved with the simulation analysis results. The equipment has advantages of the structure is compact, safe and reliable, easy to use. The research of the emergency rescue equipment for agricultural motor-pumped wells can be regarded as the reference of the related research.

Abstract: In view of the current vehicle traveling data recorder storage of data includes excessive invalid data, we use ARM processor to design a vehicle traveling data recorder based on judgment of Danger. The system captures video image from USB interface camera in the recording process in pieces and uses the steering wheel angle data and t braking deceleration data to determine whether there is a danger or not. And it selects Dangerous period to be stored, which can reduce the memory size and achieve an effective data selection.
