Abstract: It is important issue to select and design a suitable Assistive Input Devices (AID) for disabled people. This study applies the Incomplete Linguistic Preference Relations (InLinPreRa) analytical framework to predicting the success of design Assistive Input Devices (AID) for disabled people implementation. The results demonstrate that the five most important influential factors are (C6) User-friendly interface (0.166) (C4) Budget (0.163), (C5) Stability of Device (0.159), (C3) easy to maintain (0.144), (C1) easy to operate (0.126). The prediction success rate for AID for disabled people system implementation is 62.7%.

Abstract: Initial disturbance is the chief factor that affects missile launch accuracy and divergence while using orientation devices could reduce it effectively. In this paper, adapter combined with guide rail will be mainly studied. Modeling and simulation for missile systems will be done by virtual prototyping technology, focusing on deflection, pitch angle, and pitch angular velocity and so on to analysis initial disturbance. Results show that by mean of adapter combined with guide rail initial disturbance could be greatly reduced and launch accuracy has been improved.

Abstract: Web is the foundation of the nonwoven fabric.In melt-blown technology, web forming quality is directly related to the performance of the nonwoven products.Melt-blown technology is analyzed in this paper the airflow movement of web forming structure and the influence of polymer melt trickle force relations influence on evenness of this network, the last of the key components of receiver to receive the working condition of roller on the dynamic and static mechanics analysis.The experimental results show that the designed receiving roller completely meet the practical work of small melt-blown into mesh machine in the process of maximum loading force, the design is reliable.

Abstract: In this paper, how to design the layout of transit hub terminals is discussed, and an optimized allocation model about bus lines and bus terminals is established. In order to address the slow convergence of adaptive genetic algorithm, an index that indicates population diversity degree is introduced to adjust the individual crossover and mutation rate. This improved adaptive genetic algorithm is applied for the allocation model and an example is used to validate its efficiency. Results show that it is a promising approach and can improve the convergence speed.

Abstract: In order to improve the shooting accuracy of a gatling gun, the finite element model of gun barrel was established and tested by the modal computing, thus natural frequency and modal shape of previous 5 phases were calculated when the clamping support was placed in different places of the barrel. According to the reasonable power matching principle and the result of calculation, the dynamic characteristics of the gatling gun were analyzed, the result offers a reasonable basis for improving the design of the product.

Abstract: More driven torque is required to the external powered gatling gun, in order to lower the driven torque, this paper analysed the influence on automatic driven torque by cam parameters, established the kinetic mathematical model of bolt system, deduced the equation of driven torque, found out two reason which lead to over-torquing. This paper optimized the cam curve and increased the angle of accelerating under the circumstance of fixed pre-interval phase and ensured only one bolt in the phase of accelerating. After calculation, optimized cam curve reduced the driving torque in large quantity, and reduced the power consumption.

Abstract: To simulate the driver's ability to deal with uncertainty and solve the unsmooth problem in the driving-status-transformation between free-traveling and car-following during the microscopic traffic simulation, the Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) was introduced to model the driver's speed decision-making behavior which integrated the free-traveling and car-following behavior. The difference between velocity and desired speed was added into the inputs of the ANFIS model besides vehicle speed, relative distance and relative velocity which commonly appeared in car-following models. In this paper, the NGSIM (Next Generation Simulation) data was used to calibrate and evaluate the model. With the analysis and pretreatment of NGSIM data, drivers reaction time was calibrated, drivers were clustered into three categories according to the level of recklessness, and the desired speed of different driver characteristic in different vehicle was approximated as the corresponding free speed. Using the processed NGSIM data, the ANFIS model was trained and the model output was validated and compared with the original data. The results showed that the ANFIS model performed well. In addition, the output of ANFIS model under car-following state was compared with that of GM model. This comparison provided a better chance to analyze the performance of the model and showed that the model simulation the driving data in a more realistic way.

Abstract: As traditional Preformatted Paper Printing methods can't adapt to the changes of document style and they have made poor performance on document security, in this paper, we have presented a PDF-based solution for Preformatted Paper Printing. The solution consists of three levels, including data organization layer, template editing and configuration layer, and PDF file generation layer. The data organization layer is mainly to solve the problem of data extraction and summary from heterogeneous databases. The template editing and configuration layer focuses on solving the printing template design and data output mapping problem. The PDF file generation layer is mainly to generate and merge the PDF file using iTextSharp component. The scheme can flexibly adapt to changes in content and style, set up parameters simultaneously to prevent a tamper, and undertake operations such as reprint, archive, distribution and so forth. At last, we have verified the solutions performance by the case of university admission notice-Generating. The result shows that our solution is effective.

Abstract: An alternate biodiesel fuel Rapeseed Methyl Ester (RME) has been evaluated for diesel engine Combination Electronic Unit Pump (CEUP) fuel injection system. Pressure wave modeling of CEUP high pressure fuel pipeline using viscous damped wave equation has been done in MATLAB at various operating conditions of diesel engine. Finite Difference method has been used to model and simulate wave equation at eleven equidistant locations along fuel pipeline. Results show increase in pressure, density, acoustic wave speed and bulk modulus amplitudes with RME fuel as compared to conventional diesel fuel.

High-energy consumption factors restrict the development of sea water desalination Sea water desalination is a source-opening incremental technology for realizing the utilization of water resources, which can increase the total amount of fresh water and is not limited by time, space and climate with good water quality, and can guarantee the stable water supply of drinking water for coastal residents and industrial water supplementation. Since sea water desalination is the substitutional and incremental technology of fresh water resources, many countries are attaching more and more importance on it. With the rapid development of the economy and society of China, especially with the acceleration of urbanization, some coastal developed areas and large cities near the sea are having a greater and greater demand on water resources. In this condition, the development of sea water desalination has a great strategic significance in the supplementation of water resources in the sustainable development process of these areas[1,2].
