Abstract: With the development of car ownership, peoples demand for parking Spaces is increasing constantly at the same time. As a result,all kinds of stereo garages come out. In this article, we study the push-pull driving mechanism of a tree-like stereo garage. It mainly uses SolidWorks for modeling and then uses ADAMS for kinematics simulation.In the design process we focus on the feasibility and the stability of the push-pull driving mechanism.

Abstract: This article takes the sizing 195/65R15 as an example and establishes a 3D tire FE model with tread pattern to simulate the tire steady state rolling. The contact footprint and pressure between tire and road are analyzed with the static loads. The vibration accelerations of nodes were extracted from tire surface, which can be transferred into acoustic boundary conditions to calculate the tire noise. The four different wear state tires are simulated to analyze tire wear noise characteristics. Finally, the correctness of the simulation results is verified through the tire noise testing experiment.

Abstract: In order to expand cross wedge rolling technology applications further and improving the quality of asymmetric shaft parts, this paper predicts the position of center defect location of Cross Wedge Rolling asymmetric shaft parts based on Parity Wedge by Normalized C & L criteria. On this basis, it conducted a systematic study on the effect of forming angle on quality of rolling core part. It has found that, during the forming process of Cross Wedge Rolling shaft parts, rolling center region was more prone to damage, and achieved the regularity of process parameters on the quality of core part. The study results lay the theoretical foundation for preventing defects effectively and improving quality of rolling core part.

Abstract: At present, the automobile industry is developing rapidly, the private car is widely popularized, and the hidden dangers of traffic safety exist. The phenomenon of drunk driving and fatigue driving becomes more and more serious, and the improvement for steering wheel could effectively prevent traffic accidents. This paper introduces and analyzes the intelligence of steering wheel in three major aspects, they respectively include intelligent grip detection, which tests if a driver is of fatigue driving; hart rate detection, which tests if a driver is in normal driving condition; alcohol detection, which tests if a driver drinks too much, and it predicts the possibility of accident from the drivers state, and timely gives out signal to warn the driver.

Abstract: Aim at the characteristics of components made up the machine is able to maintain the assembly relationship, this paper put forward the concept of the component structure, discuss the condition of being a component structure. According to the phenomenon that the component structure can contain more fundamental component structure, Component structure was proposed by one or several structural units with three fundamental principles: Join the components structures into the assembly structure, join the level I components structural units to the assembly structure as the assembly structure, join the level II and above structural units providing independent component structure as the assembly structure. Discuss the component definition and classification of structural Unit, division rules and procedures of the component decomposition.

Abstract: Aim at the assembly model of three-dimensional CAD focusing on determining the geometric location relationship of parts, the constraints define of assembly being inconsistent, this paper put forward the concept of assembly relationship to describe the geometry connecting relationship between the parts. The cooperation, insert and tangent constraints of inventor assembly are converted to pasting, centering and tangency of retrieval model, and marked with the attribute. This assembly model can support retrieving assembly, realize the effective management of the model.

Abstract: Put forward a kind of control system to achieve precise positioning of the pneumatic cylinder, coring to PC upper monitor and using Visual C++ as the development platform. Establish an experimental platform of pneumatic cylinder positioning control system: selecting the parameter self-tuning Fuzzy-PID control algorithm, using the proportional directional control valve, standard cylinder, displacement sensordata acquisition card and other components. the use of MATLAB to simulate and optimize, carry out the actual experiment on the basis of simulation. The experimental results proved the effectiveness and correctness of Fuzzy PID in pneumatic control system.

Abstract: In this paper, a review on the research progress and applications for heat transfer enhancement of two types of heat exchangers was made, and their heat transfer enhancement methods were compared and analyzed, which could provide a theoretical basis for the structure design and reasonable selection of different heat exchangers, simultaneously the trend of the further research was prospected in order to improve heat transfer effect of heat exchangers.

Abstract: The lighting and signaling system test rig of the GM Excelle is selected to develop lighting rig, and is designed according to the circuit diagram of the system real cars and real cars positions. This rig have a system diagram, the fault controller, fault detection interface. In actual use, a single fault type can be set, and multiple fault types can be set, too. Failure points of each fault type can also be arbitrarily set according to the situation of the student grasping, which is more conducive to cultivating diagnostic ideas of the students and improving their troubleshooting ability. It is an economical, practical and efficient experimental teaching equipment.
