Abstract: Focused on the current situations of the multiple traffic data collection efforts for urban roads, the link travel time estimation methods are respectively proposed based on two traffic data resources as station traffic data collected by microwave detectors and the vehicle plate data collected by the video vehicle plate identification system. Based on this, the link travel time estimation approach by fusing two data resources is presented using the Dempster-Shafer evidence reasoning theory, in which the probability distribution function is firstly used to construct the evidence function for each data resource, and then the weights for the two different data resources are estimated for link travel time fusion estimation through the combination rule of Dempster-Shafer evidence reasoning theory. Using the true link travel time collected by the test vehicles, the performance of the proposed method for link travel time estimation is evaluated. Evaluation results show that the proposed method can significantly improve the link travel time estimation accuracy when compared to the methods that merely uses single data resource.

Abstract: Hyperpaths enumeration is one of the basic procedures in many traffic planning issues. As a result of its distinctive structure, hyperpaths in Urban Rail Transit Network (URTN) are different from those in road network. Typically, one may never visit a station more than once and would never transfer from one line to another that has been visited in a loopless URTN, meaning that stations a hyperpath traversed cannot be repeated, neither do lines in loopless networks. This paper studies the relationships between feasible path and the shortest path in terms of travel costs. In this paper, a new definition of hyperpath in URTN is proposed and a new algorithm based on the breadth first searching (BFS) method is presented to enumerate the hyperpaths. The algorithm can safely avoid hyperpath omission and can even be applied in networks containing loops as well. The influence of parameters on hyperpaths is studied by experimentally finding hyperpaths in the subway network in Beijing. A group of suggested parameter pairs are then given. Finally, a numerical experiment is used to illustrate the validity of the proposed algorithm. The results imply the significance of the convergence of the BFS algorithm which can be used to search hyperpaths in large scale URTN even with loop.

Abstract: The wind resource has the intermittence characteristic, and the electricity quantity of a wind farm is determined by the local wind resource. In practice, it is difficult to compare the economic operation situations of wind farms in different conditions. Evaluation indicators of economic operation for wind farms are discussed according to actual operation and monitoring situations of wind farms. The high/low frequency ride through of wind farms, the low voltage ride through of wind turbines, the SVC/SVG dynamic response characteristics and the ability of active power control are used for evaluation on wind farms. Then through consistency processing, dimensionless processing and weight calculating, a comprehensive evaluation method based on the variation coefficient method and the distance integrated evaluation method is established. The effectiveness of the evaluation system is verified by comparison of three different wind farms. Finally, the operation conditions of all the wind farms are ranked by the obtained relative approach degrees.

Abstract: Urban real estate price index (hereinafter referred to as UREPI) is a basic data of the real estate market, its accuracy is very important for enterprises, consumers and housing management department. In view of current research level here in China and popular models, the UREPI system is compiled based on the Hedonic price method because of its advantages such as calculation simple and sample easily etc. Compiled by Eviews the system has three main stages: the data standardization, the benchmark model establishment and the application of two periods chained update method to update price series. UREPI system is combined with the real deal, so it can be used to analysis the market accurately. The results completely meet the design requirements.
