Abstract: In this paper, the foam glass was made with 5 wt % calcium carbonate used as foaming agent. The macro morphology, physical properties and the metallurgical structure are discussed in detail by the modern means of DTA, SEM and XRD analysis. The results indicated that when the powders were foamed at 800°C for 20min, the property of the samples was best, the density was 0.706 g/cm3,and the compressive strength was 3.36Mpa.

Abstract: The MnO2 was used as foaming agent to produce the glass foams in this paper. The macro morphology, physical properties and the metallurgical structure were discussed in detail by the modern means of DTA, SEM and XRD analysis. The results indicated that the less dense and more uniform pore size of foam glass was prepared, and the good mechanical properties were obtained. And the main crystal was quartz, nepheline and albite by the XRD method.

Abstract: Polyurethane (referred to as PU) is a polymer made from polyisocyanate and a polyether polyol or polyester polyol and small molecule polyol, polyamine or water chain extenders or crosslinking agent, such as raw materials. By changing the type of material and composition, you can dramatically change the form of products and their performance, the final product from soft to hard. Lignin, a natural renewable resources, natural aromatic polymer has a hydroxyl-containing three-dimensional structural characteristics, the research and application has become increasingly active. The introduction of the lignin in the material, not only can improve the performance of the material but also reduce costs, resulting in considerable economic benefits. If we can combine the two advantages of the manufacture of composite materials to become a demand. The subjects explored the impact of the alkali lignin waste polyurethane foam and curing agent on the performance of the polyurethane foam through experiments that the above factors, the ratio of the manufacture of polyurethane foam: phenolic resin 250g, adding emulsifier 30g, foamagent alkali lignin 40g, waste polyurethane 30g, hardener 100g from the foam strength of 380KPa and low cost.

Abstract: Under the condition of high temperature, steel basic mechanical property index such as strength, elastic modulus falls sharply. Once there is a fire, long-span reticulated shell has serious damage. This paper, taking Kiewitt reticulated spherical shell as an example, uses ISO - 834 standard temperature - time curve to simulate fire and analyze the distribution of temperature field calculation and mechanical. Analysis by using transient thermal analysis in ANSYS software. Through ANSYS software to analog fire resistant properties of reticulated shell under the action of local fire resistant properties, it is concluded that the fire in the different parts of the structure on the structural deformation and destruction of the structure form, to a certain extent, reflects the overall structure fire resistance of spatial reticulated shell.

Abstract: In this study, a laser beam welds in a Al-Zn-Mg alloy were characterized by optical microscope (OM), scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM) and tensile tests. It is found that the joint of the alloy contained three distinctive regions, i.e. fusion zone, heat affected zone and base metal region. The fusion zone consists of small grains, whose size is heterogeneously distributed. Extensive microhardness measurements were conducted in the weld regions of the nuggets exhibited a hardness loss in the fusion zone due to the loss of strengthening phases. Microstructural examination of the joints revealed typical eutectic structure was appeared in the heat-affected zone due to relative low cooling rate. Tensile properties of the joints were obtained by testing flat transverse tensile specimens, and the results indicated that tensile strength of these welds approached 76.8~77.3% of the base metal.

Abstract: CO2 welding technology is widely used nowadays, because the work environment is very bad, weld automation technology is urgently needed. To control the weld quality automatically, weld sensors should be first used to obtain information that could reflect the weld quality. This paper used arc and visual sensors to obtain the electrical and weld pool image of CO2 weld process, and signal processing method was used to obtain the signal features of the information. Then neural network method was used to model the process, experiment results showed that the method could effectively predict the weld seam forming.

Abstract: select ADI commonly used in engineering, set 15 sets of austempering parameters and research on the rules of their influence on the tensile strength and elongation of ADI. Through the tensile test, use ANSYS Workbench to simulate the process of tensile measurement and compare the experimental data. The results show that: longer austenitizing time leads to smaller tensile strength, whereas the elongation remains unchanged. The tensile strength reduces linearly as the austempering temperature rises while the elongation first increases and then reduces as the austempering temperature rises and peaks at 350°C. The austempering time has little influence on elongation.

Abstract: The researched PET beverage bottle molding process was analyzed with the combination of stretch blow molding technological process of the manufacturing enterprise. The molding results would be influenced by some technological parameters. In order to study the effect of these factors on the forming properties and thickness distribution of molding bottle, the article builds the physical model and finite element model of PET bottles stretch blow molding process, and simulates stretch blow molding process by using POLYFLOW software for analyzing the thickness distribution of molding bottle. Comparing different thickness distribution under the different condition of stretch speed, pre-blowing pressure, and blowing pressure, the technological parameters were optimized, so as to achieve the goal of optimization of molding bottle.

Abstract: According to the requirements of a specific attribute carbon fiber material and weaving technology, puts forward a set of carbon fiber three-dimensional angle of al loom new beating-up mechanism can meet the three layers of carbon fiber fabric a beating-up function at the same time; according to the requirements of the carbon fiber structure, combining traditional beating-up mechanism can meet the conditions, it is concluded that the carbon fiber beating-up mechanism design scheme. This article in view of the carbon fiber multilayer angle al loom beating-up mechanism has carried on the design and analysis of carbon fiber composite materials in order to achieve mechanization, automation production, production targets, strengthen independent research and development ability.

Abstract: More and more heavy metal ions pollution events happen nowadays, so how to detect and remove heavy metal ions is a very important problem. Electrochemical method is relatively simple device, convenient automatic operation. Because of its high sensitivity and good selectivity, it becomes a good method to detect heavy metal ions. This paper summarized the detection of heavy metal ions by stripping voltammetry.
