Abstract: At present, China's late stage of oilfield most mining has been reached, there is high water content, and produced low levels problems. Polymer flooding enhanced oil recovery technology is important today, but Pam can't adapt oilfield tertiary oil recovery reservoir with heat resistance and salt. This article examines five kinds of rheological properties of polymer solutions under different salinity, studied under the same mineralized shear viscosity of different polymers. Experimental results show that the shear resistance capacity of 20 million ordinary polymer strong, 8 million and temperature of salt-tolerant associative polymer viscosity retention rates are highest. Less than 5,000 ppm 18 million under NaCl salinity salt resistant polymer viscosity highest salinity between 5,000 ppm NaCl to 15,000 ppm NaCl 8 million and temperature of salt-tolerant hydrophobically associating polymer solution viscosity of the highest.

Abstract: In order to improve the reflection coefficient of nickel electroforming layer with microprism structure effectively, controlling electroforming process strictly and adjusting different process parameters are needed for achieve the best electroforming effect. Nickel casting layer was prepared by ultrasonic direct current electroforming on the microprism nickel plate. Surface reflective coefficient of nickel casting layer was measured by retroreflectometer, and the morphology was observed by 3D laser scanning microscopy system. The effects of ultrasonic power, frequency and average current density on the surface reflective performance were studied, experimental results were verified by measuring microprism side surface roughness. The results show that reflective coefficient of nickel casting layer prepared by high frequency ultrasonic electroforming was greater than that by low frequency with other experimental conditions remaining unchanged. It was increased first and then decreased with ultrasonic power and average current density increasing gradually, and the surface roughness measurement also verified this conclusion.

Abstract: Conduction characteristics of carbon black filled conductive rubber prepared in laboratory were investigated. The relationship of current and frequency under the sinusoidal AC excitation was analyzed and a new conductive chain model and equivalent circuit were established. Influences of the different amount of carbon black filled and pressure on frequency range were also studied. The results showed that the conductive rubber filled by carbon black had complex resistance characteristics. Resistance frequency domain of conductive rubber relatively increased with the increasing of the carbon black filler and pressure; while the capacitive reactance frequency domain of conductive rubber relatively decreased with the increasing of pressure.

Abstract: In this paper, the experiment on Yunnan lignite pyrolysis in a fixed bed in order to study the effect of the high-value compounds (BTX,PCX, lower naphthalene ) in the liquid products with the different addition manners and catalysts. It shows that the active pyrolysis orders are Mg>Ni,Mo,Fe>Na,K>Al2O3>CaO. Different concentration of Ni, Mo impregnation solution and manners of addition can pertinency increase the high-value products and recycle the catalysts at the same time.

Abstract: According to the problem that the intelligence is not high of the soccer robot, using the mechanical theory as a guide, making some mechanical analyses and calculations on the pressure and transmutation states of chip kick mechanics, and conducting optimal design too, then making the structure of chip kick mechanics more and more rationalization. Experiments show that the new soccer robot controller features a quick response and high servo rigidity, and provide a kind of method for improving and perfecting the soccer robot control system, at the same time, filling the needs of producing.

Abstract: The characterization of Al-Cu-Mg-Ag alloy with high Cu:Mg in the process of one-step ageing at the different temperatures has been studied by hardness, electrical conductivity test combining with transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The results show that one endothermic and three exothermic reactions are involved in the curve of DSC experiment for a sample quenched from 520°C. Four samples were aged at the different temperatures greater or less than the peak temperatures of the four reactions. Hardness and electrical conductivity change slowly with ageing time at the low temperature and change fast at the high temperature. GP zones at {100} ɑ planes are the main precipitates in the microstructure of the sample aged at 80°C. Ω and θ phases dominant the microstructure of the samples aged at 170°C, 230°C and 280°C. In addition, the size of precipitates increases fast when the sample aged at higher temperatures.

Abstract: BiOBr photocatalyst was prepared by cetyl pyridine bromide (CPB). The characterization of BiOBr was measured by DRS UV-Vis, XRD, BET, TEM/HRTEM, XPS and IR. The energy gap of BiOBr was merely 2.62eV which can absorb visible light (λ473nm), BiOBr was identified to the tetragonal phase exhibits significantly enhanced structural properties and the ration of the amount of Bi and Br on the surface of BiOBr is 1. The BET of BiOBr was 12.03 m2/g and was layered structure. Compared with traditional catalyst TiO2(P25), the prepared BiOBr has good visible light activity and can degradated Microcystine-LR(MC-LR) under UV and Visible light irradation. The degradation time of MC-LR between UV and vis-light irradiation is respectively 60min and 150min under the same condition. It was indicated that the oxidizing rate of O2- in UV system is obviously higher than that of·OH in the vis-light system by ESR experiments, which is also proved in the differences of reaction intermediates in the degradation process under the two lamps.

The Eu atom is coordinated by nine O atoms. The molecular structure stabilized by the O-H…O hydrogen-bonding interactions.

Abstract: The effect of Nd on the mechanical properties of magnesium alloy AZ91 has been studied. The results show that the addition of 1wt.%Nd can refine the grain size, cause the formation of high melting point Al2Nd phase and reduce the amount of β-Mg17Al12 phase. and enhance the mechanical properties of magnesium alloy AZ91 at room temperature and 150°C.

Abstract: A series of novel copolymers [p (AOBHA-co-NPMA)] containing 2-Allyloxy-N-benzylidene hexadecylamine (AOBHA) as film formation material and β-naphtayl methacrylate (NPMA) as photosensitive group were synthesized by free-radical polymerization. The copolymers could form stable condensed monolayer at air/water interface and be transformed onto solid substrates. Positive-tone patterns with the resolution of 0.75 μm of the copolymers Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) films with 35 layers were fabricated by deep UV irradiation, followed by developing with acetone. The etched gold patterns with resolution of 0.75 μm were also obtained, showing that the copolymer has enough resistance to wet etching suitable for fabricating photomask. The mechanism of photolysis was also investigated by UV and GPC, in which showed that the scission of main and side chain of p (AOBHA-co-NPMA) LB films occurred at the same time.
