Abstract: Ejection style of mold effects significantly the quality and efficiency of mold production. A new leverstyle secondary ejection mechanism is illustrated. The mechanism can solve the problem that plastic parts are difficult to eject fully after the first ejection. The mechanism has simple structure and high safety and reliability, satisfies the requirement of full automation and is suit to large quantity of mold production. Commercial CAD/CAM systems provide semi-automatic tools to assist the designer in the dimensioning process. Using the method, good results have been obtained for several basic geometric models.

Abstract: Power flow analysis is a method to describe the dynamic behavior of structures by taking not only the amplitude of exciting force and velocity response into account, but also the phase between the two qualities. Shape optimization is an effective method to reduce vibration level. By choosing the vibration power flow as design objective, a shape optimization method of structure is presented. The structure surface is restructured with a series of mode shape superposition. By using genetic algorithm, the weight coefficient of each mode shape is optimized to get the best surface shape with minimum power flow response. Some examples are demonstrated to verify the efficiency and accuracy of the method.

Abstract: The generalized Kalman filter (GKF) is a method which is based on a generalized linear model. The coefficients of the linear model are fixed, and are not needed to be distinguished on-line or predefined. The GKF can be used to estimate the real-time estate of the continuous system, especially; the GKF can be used to estimate the estate of the mobile objective. The GKF is based on the minimum mean-square error. The recursive formula of the generalized kalman filter was also presented. Different from the EKF published on the magazines, the GKF doesn’t need to build the system model, so its ability of calculate and accuracy is improved.

Abstract: It is potentially useful to perform deception or cover jamming using the rotating angular reflectors. Inspired by the coherent jamming and micro-motion modulation, a novel active method is proposed for Inverse Synthetic Aperture Radar. Radar pulses are sampled and frequency modulated along azimuth by sinusoidal signal, and then the jamming signals are retransmitted to the radar and the jamming images are induced. The jamming principle, key parameters and the jamming effect are discussed. The simulated data verify the effectiveness of the jamming method.

Abstract: This paper establishes the two-dimensional model, three-dimensional simplified model and three-dimensional of the single-screw pump stators ,and accomplishes their displacement and stress analysis in even pressure inside the stator using ANSYS software. This paper analyzes the comparison results of the combined displacement, equivalent stress and shear stress cloud in the XY plane of single screw pump stator’s three different models. The results manifest the significant differences of the three models for finite element analysis. This study validates that finite element analysis of three-dimensional model leads closer to the true situation.

Abstract: Vertical high-speed feeding system which based on direct-drive technology possesses unique advantages, and has broad development potential. This paper describes the mechanical structure and working processes of vertical high-speed feeding system, analyzes the punching force and deformation of sheet metal, then establishes the dynamic equations, and finally conducts a dynamic simulation of punching stage and returning stage. And the simulation results in line with expectations.

Abstract: Hardware in the Loop (HIL) systems is widely used for testing vehicle controllers in automotive industry. But algorithms for simulation of the vehicle dynamics have to consider the special restrictions for HIL that is a fixed simulation time constant. Due to limitations of computing power the step size often is set to 1ms. Especially for calculation of the wheel slip this will cause a problem when speed starts from zero. Thats why a lot of authors propose a small vehicle speed at the beginning of the simulation. For evaluation of anti slip controllers in HIL systems this is not possible because stand still is the general starting point for the anti slip controller. Different ideas exist in literature to solve this problem but none of them consider the HIL restriction in an overall approach. In this paper a new algorithm for slip calculation is presented. Therefore two different approaches will be analyzed and combined to a new algorithm. Simulation results show the feasibility for HIL systems.

Abstract: This paper proposes the design and a prototype for nutrition recommendation and energy expenditure application. The application runs on iOS smartphones. The application advises the users about their food energy intake in calories and their energy expenditure on exercises in daily life. The application consists of five functions which are food nutrition and exercise list, calories intake and burn history, calories and BMI calculator, food and health articles, and application configuration.

Abstract: This paper proposed a way of two-level parallel alignment based on sequence parallel vectorization with GPU acceleration on the Fermi architecture, which integrates sequence parallel vectorization, parallel k-means clustering approximate alignment and parallel Smith-Waterman algorithm. The method converts sequence alignment into vector alignment by first. Then it uses k-means alignment to divide sequences into several groups and reduce the size of sequence data. The expected accurate alignment result is achieved using parallel Smith-Waterman algorithm. The high-throughput mouse T-cell receptor (TCR) sequences were used to validate the proposed method. Under the same hardware condition, comparing to serial Smith-Waterman algorithm and CUDASW++2.0 algorithm, our method is the most efficient alignment algorithm with high alignment accuracy.
