Abstract: To understand the effect of mechanical stimulation on posterior sclera reinforcement (PSR), the rabbit scleral fibroblasts after PSR were subjected to stretch in vitro and MMP-2 and TIMP-2 expression of scleral fibroblasts were evaluated. Three-week-old rabbits were monocularly performed by eyelid suturation randomly to prepare experimental myopia eye. After 60 days, the experimental myopia eyes were treated by PSR. After 6 months, the posterior pole scleral fibroblasts (normal sclera - group A, sclera after operation - group B and fusion region of sclera and reinforcing band group C) were isolated and cultured in vitro. The cells were subjected to cyclic stretch regimens (sine wave, 3% and 6% elongation amplitude, 0.1Hz, 48h duration) by FX-4000 Tension System. The MMP-2 and TIMP-2 expression of scleral fibroblasts were evaluated by ELISA method. The results show that after cyclic stretch to the scleral fibroblasts of the normal sclera and the sclera after operation, the MMP-2 expression was significantly reduced and the TIMP-2 expression was significantly increased, the MMP-2 and TIMP-2 expression of the scleral fibroblasts of the fusion region after operation was no changed. It was indicated that the mechanical stimulation could regulate the MMP-2 and TIMP-2 expression of scleral fibroblasts and play an important role in the process of treating high myopia with PSR surgery.

Abstract: A new class of cubic frequency hopping (FH) sequence set is proposed in this paper. The new cubic FH sequence set is proved to be optimal with respect to the average Hamming correlation bound. Furthermore an optimal FH sequence set based on polynomial theory that is optimal with respect to the Singleton bound on FH sequences is also constructed. In addition, the average Hamming correlation of the optimal polynomial frequency hopping sequence set is discussed in this paper. The analysis result shows that the new polynomial FH sequence set is also optimal with respect to the average Hamming correlation bound.

Abstract: To meet the requirement of electric control diesel engine operation optimization, an online calibration system of diesel engine is designed based on the principle and the way to communicate of CAN-Bus. This Calibration system found communication accurate and quick, which researching of software is based on Windows platform, VC++6.0 software and modularization designed [1]. At last electronic control system simulation platform experiments demonstrate that data transfer function is reliable and steady and bench tests testify that the calibration system can calibrate diesel engine practical.

Abstract: The transfer alignment of strapdown inertial units were proposed that use the H filter to estimate the misalignment of the slave INS (inertial navigation system) relative to the master INS. Characteristics of the H filter in transfer alignment were studied in detail by checking digital simulation results obtained by using the H and Kalman filters. The results shows that the misalignment angle obtained with the H filter converge faster and closer to the exact values than do those obtained with the Kalman filter. The H filter is more robust than the Kalman filter in transfer alignment for MEMS integrated navigation system.

Abstract: Through simulating the process of vehicle running over humps in CarSim, calculating and analyzing the body vertical acceleration, the wheel load and wheel ground adhesion index for the car with different speeds that runs over road humps having different height and width, so as to obtain the effect of height and width of the hump on the deceleration performance and driving safety. According to the comparative analysis of the body acceleration, wheel load, wheel ground adhesion index, so as to obtain the best speed limit range of the road hump.

Abstract: This paper investigates a practical implementation of a relay feedback based PID auto-tuning method for CNC servo motor. Firstly, the hardware architecture of the CNC system is introduced and experimental process is presented. And then the critical point information is obtained from steady oscillations of encoder output by Ziegler-Nichols tuning rules. Finally, control experiments that based on default PID parameters and auto-tune PID parameters have been conducted and the results show that system performances, such as velocity responses and position following error have been much improved.

Abstract: The research makes a heat balance test for the radiator system of the analog power capsule. And it also raises a correction calculation method of the fan in the closed cooling heat balance system for special vehicle and proves it by simulation. The research setting up the simulation test bed of the cooling system, conducting the heat balance test and verifying the validity of the carload test bed. Finally, the closed cooling air volume control precision and accuracy of the measurement system can meet the requirements of engineering application

Abstract: The static and dynamic model of spindle system is established in order to analyze the vibration response with the effect eccentricity of spindle. Natural frequency of spindle is calculated with ANSYS software. The variation of thickness and stiffness of oil film are analyzed, and the dynamic response is deduced. The deflection of spindle i.e. the machining error caused by the eccentricity is obtained. Key words: Hydrostatic bearings; Dynamic response; Stiffness; Deflection

Abstract: This paper researches a transportation guidance system based on data mining technology. Data mining may be available for providing reliable decision base based on existing mass data and give proper guiding strategy in consideration of real road condition. The guiding result will become more efficient provided that GABP Neural Network Forecast is mixed in the real road condition.

Abstract: As researched suspension mobile manipulator system, its control method was discussed. Based on vector method any point on this mobile manipulator system can be described, then independent coordinate variables can be chosen and dynamic model of the whole system was built by Lagrange equation. Based on dynamic model, fuzzy PID control model was built by fuzzy concept. Comparing simulation result of level velocity of point in mobile under no-feedback, PID control and fuzzy PID control, it was proved that MATLAB, this method can be more effective on the mobile manipulator system.
