Study on Synchronous Transmission of High Speed Packaging System Based on AC Servo Motor

Article Preview

Abstract:

The mechanical transmission of the traditional packaging machine is complex and slow. Single packing species, long development cycle, which cant adapt the growing of diversification and personalized needs of packing. In this paper, three servo pillow packing machine, for example explores the high-speed synchronous transmission process of packaging systems. Studying the servo pillow packing machine in this article is a kind of packing equipment, which can automatically complete feeding, deliver the membrane, makes the bag, pulls the membrane hauling, vertical seals, seals the transverse cutting horizontally, end product output and other processes, adapting for the general block packaging material, tube shape regular goods, irregular shaped goods, for example: biscuits cakes, cosmetics, paper towels and so on. Packing speed is fast and the movement precision is high.
