Abstract: The air distribution uniformity of electrostatic precipitator is one of the key factors to affect the efficiency of dust collector. A layer of air distribution plate was set in precipitator and its opening rate of distribution plate was adjusted to explore the optimal allocation of air distribution in the precipitator. With the design requirements, we used the Fluent to simulate the airflow distribution in the precipitator. The results show that it can obtain more uniform air distribution to adjust the hole shape and the opening rate of air distribution plate, and the efficiency is ideal when the opening rate is 30%.

Abstract: A large-scale earthquake simulation experiment about the unanchored cylindrical steel liquid storage model tanks has been completed. The self-vibration characteristics of the model tanks with liquid inside were investigated based on the experimental data of the acceleration dynamic response. The seismic table test, the analysis methods are designed and conducted, and experimental results of the model tanks were carefully measured. Furthermore, ANSYS finite element software was used to simulate and calculate the low order natural frequency and fundamental frequency of the model tank systems according to the national design standard. The reasons for the existence of consistency and differences between the results obtained from experiments and numerical simulation were discussed.

Abstract: Geometry modeling and meshing are directly related to the effectiveness and accuracy of the finite element calculation. In order to improve above two key technologies, small size ferromagnetic objects on the ship deck are simplified, and the parametric idea is introduced into the ship model meshing. A typical ship model is set up on the platform of software FLUX. The above improved technologies are tested in FLUX in the earth magnetic environment. The experimental results show that the simplified modeling can greatly reduce the amount of calculation, and parametric meshing can effectively improve the computational efficiency, which proves that the above improved method is an efficient method for the finite element calculation of the ship magnetic field.

Abstract: Computer Aided Assembly for Modular fixture based on UG is proposed. In it, the fictitious subassemblies, for example locating and guiding fictitious subassembly, is introduced. Thus it is come true that assemble is up to down for modular fixture. The efficiency of computer aided assembly for modular fixture is largely enhanced.

Abstract: Studied herein, carbon dioxide detector is based MSP430F435 microcontroller developed and designed. The instrument has two upper machine and lower machine part, the host computer by PC-based operating system and application software, has a good human-computer interaction systems, a friendly man-machine interface. Aspects through the host computer machine operator is able to control the next bit machine. Lower machine selection of the MSP430F435 microcontroller as lower core chip, the chip can efficiently execute code.

Abstract: Based on the status of tower crane safety monitoring for construction project, the Internet of things technology is applied for tower crane safety monitoring and early warning system, the WSN nodes are designed for displacement, stress and distance monitoring function. Through the wireless transceiver module CC2530, field monitoring data are uploaded timely and accurately to the monitoring center PC, for real-time display and processing. If the monitoring data exceeds the alarm value, the alarm signal will be sent out immediately, to prevent tower crane accidents effectively, and ensure the safe of crane operation. By the network debugging, WSN node performance is reliable, and the measuring data is accurate. It has high performance to price ratio and application value.

Abstract: The processing of target image using image processing technology, can realize the non-contact online detecting circuit board, thus greatly improve the detection efficiency, reducing the defective rate. This paper provides the detection system based on the methods of pre-processing the standard circuit board image and the circuit board image to be detected, two value segmentation, morphological image processing, image registration and poor shadow detection processing, among them ,image registration is the key. In order to improve the processing speed to achieve real-time processing, image registration using rapid processing algorithm. Analysis of the experimental results, the method can detect the defects on the circuit board to be detected accurately, and can achieve the automatic real-time detection purposes.

Abstract: In this paper, we propose a volume measurement method for irregular objects. And three cameras were used in the image acquisition system. In order to reduce the intensity level and be more coincident with the 3D reconstruction method, a method called Histogram Acceleration has been used. Instead of using the regular shape from shading method, the relation between intensity and the missed 3D information was found. This method is valid within a certain error range. Its showed by experiment that this method has a good performance when dealing with objects with a smooth and convex surface.

Abstract: The acoustic emission signal of pipeline leakage is characterized by nonlinear and non-stationary. It is not feasible to extract the leakage feature signal in traditional signal processing methods. The leak locations can be detected by employing the improved empirical mode decomposition (EMD) to decompose the acoustic emission signal into several intrinsic mode functions (IMF), choosing IMFs containing leakage characteristics to be reconstructed, and doing correlation analysis. Experimental results show that the positioning accuracy of leakage detection is improved obviously.

Abstract: Recently, elevator failure arose frequently, and has been gradually increasing. An elevator failure remote monitoring system is indispensable to enhance security of and maximize the total facilities efficiency. We reuse existing web technologies and standards to design a web-based elevator failure remote monitoring system which is independent of elevator manufacturers own monitors and complies with the REST architectural style to provide a universal API. We also propose nine types of detectable failure and their detection methods.
