Abstract: The issues about method of resources availability measurement in system integration are discussed. Firstly it analyzes the change of system resource state and discusses the mechanism of transmission of failures based on resource faults. Secondly the method of resource faults-based health measurement, and the representation of classification and formalization for resources in system integration, and the theoretical means of availability metrics of resources and resource platform are provided. The formal representation of the resource structure embodies the managing properties including resource object type, nature and state etc. And it shows the expression for degradation process of resource and events of faults production. That highlights the significance of resource integration to traditional management.

Abstract: The HIRFL system is the most advanced heavy ion research equipment in China. Every year, we use it to do a lot of important scientific experiments, so it is very important to ensure it safe operation, which is the responsibility Institute of Modern Physics Chinese Academy of sciences. In the HIRFL system, many of the magnet and power need water for cooling, so the water system plays an important role. This paper designs a water pressure monitoring system in order to guarantee the normal operation of the water system and provide chain protection. It can monitor the water pressure throughout to the HIRFL system in time, and intuitive computer display in the control room. This paper gives the theory design, and the concrete practice, and evaluates the effect after the field operation.

Abstract: As an industrial control computer,PLC has been widely used in industrial automation area. Through the bus interface module or industrial Ethernet interface module, PLC can communicate with the master PLC, and realize fault intelligent diagnosis. There are all numerous types of PLC, they have respective advantages and disadvantages, and can meet the needs of the user, but in shape, form, function, programming, they are not identical. This paper mainly introduces Mitsubishi PLC, Siemens PLC and OMRON PLC, simultaneously researches their respective communication characteristics and method of fault diagnosis, provide users choosing PLC a theoretical reference basis.

Abstract: This paper presents an electrostatic parameters network monitoring system, which has achieved three types of devices, those are static dynamic potential test unit, non-contract electrostatic potential test unit and body static parameter test unit. In these three devices embedded microcontroller system, by deploying streamlined TCP/IP protocol stack to encode and transmit the data, and the PC receives data for display and then stores in the database.

Abstract: The reliability of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) has caught the attention of many researchers in the past decades. This paper presents a review on the development and important issues of state-of-the-art researches in the field of fault detection and diagnosis (FDD) techniques. Faults on an individual unmanned aerial vehicle or a group of unmanned aerial vehicles are considered for providing an overall picture of fault detection and diagnosis approaches.

Abstract: Laser-Arc Hybrid welding technology was first introduced by English scholar W.M.Steen in 20th century 70s, developed very rapidly. In order to study the effect mechanism of laser and arc,This paper presents a control strategy,the strategy can collect welding electric information, high speed photos and spectral information synchronously. By using the Labview software, industrial computer, data acquisition card, a high speed camera, spectrometer, synchronous multi-information acquisition system of welding has been established.the system has been used for the hybrid welding experiment, the peak value, base value and platform value of the laser-arc hybrid welding has been collected. Laid the foundation for further diagnosis of laser-arc in a variety of state.

Abstract: According to the theory of multi-sensor information fusion technology, based on D - S evidence theory to fuse of multiple sensors feedback information from different angles for detecting solution concentration, and achieving the same judgment; This system uses of D - S evidence theory of multi-sensor data fusion method, not only make up the disadvantages of using a single sensor, but also largely reduce the uncertainty of the judgment. Additionally this system improves the rapidity and accuracy of the solution concentration detection, and broadens the application field of multi-sensor information fusion technology.

Abstract: Avionics software is safe-critical embedded system and its architecture is evolving from traditional federated architecture to Integrated Modular Avionics (IMA) to improve resource usability. As an architecture widely employed in the avionics industry, supports partitioning concepts. To insure the development of the avionics software constructed on IMA operating system with high reliability and efficiency Health Monitoring (HM) has been shown to be a key step in reducing the life cycle costs for structural maintenance and inspection. In this paper , we propose a model-driven test methodology using Architecture Analysis &Design Language (AADL). It proposes modeling patterns of IMA errors to support the test case generating mechanisms of the HM module, proposing 3 kinds of test cases that can be injected in the HM to stimulate these kinds of errors, and we present the preliminary results that can meet the satisfactory from a ongoing project based on IMA system.

Abstract: At present, with the improvement of living standards, peoples comfort demand on indoor living environment is higher and higher. Housing and rooms which are the places of peoples life and family reunion are the important material conditions, but with the mass use of decoration materials and more and more wide daily article use, household environment hazards not only in the influence of the indoor humidity temperature, also in the size of the indoor harmful gas concentration. After indoor decoration, formaldehyde monitoring is the concentration of peoples attention. The related data statistics of Chinese environmental protection association show that the illness or death proportion due to indoor environment pollution every year has aroused the experts attention, and indoor environment pollution has become one of killer which has a serious influence of the modern human health. Nowadays, there are indoor environment monitoring instruments in market, which mainly aim at the harmful gas detection with single function, and expensive price. According to the market research, there is a need for comprehensive system of household indoor humidity temperature and harmful gas detection. This paper aims at it [1,2].

Abstract: In the observer based fault detection methods, the parameter be designed and optimized is the observer gain matrix. However, an observer cannot be optimized to achieve all the expected performances. A novel fault detection filter designed method is presented in this paper, where the filter is cascaded after the observer based fault detection system. The filter is designed to be sensitive to the faults but robust to the disturbances and model uncertainties in the finite frequency domain. For the proposed filter, there are four matrices need to be optimized and the performance would be enhanced significantly. The effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated by applying it to a railway suspension system.
