Abstract:

For maintenance and support needs of a certain type of equipment, the detection on hydraulic of a certain type equipment Based on C8051F020 as the main control chip was designed. The equipment flexible applies to all port resources of C8051F020, it realized port power control,self-test / measurement controlled driver, LED driver,buzzer driver, solenoid valves driver and rack motor driver via I/O interface, it realized operational process control and display testing results via level conversion chip of SP3223E ,It realized operation training, principles assisted teaching and fault repair in-one simulation training.
