Abstract: With allyl glycidyl ether and terminal hydrogen silicone oil, in certain conditions, the silicone-modified epoxy resin synthesized by the hydrosilylation reaction. This study discuss the effect of the structure and properties on the synthesized product, such as the catalyst, reaction time, reaction temperature and the C = C/Si-H molar ratio of allyl glycidyl ether and terminal hydrogen silicone oil. Infrared spectroscopy, gel permeation chromatography (GPC), epoxy value and hydrolysis chlorine of the polysiloxane-modified epoxy resin were characterized and analysized. The results show that the terminal hydrogen silicone oil-modified epoxy resin has balanced epoxy value, molecular weight and molecular weight distribution, the conversion of reactive hydrogen is the highest when the dosage of H2PtCl6 6H2O is 0.01% to 0.02% of reactant in weight, the molar ratio of C=C /Si-H in AGE (allyl glycidyl ether) and the terminal of hydrogen silicone oil is 4.28:1, the reaction temperature is 80°C to 85°C, reaction time is controlled in 6 hours.

Abstract: Fe-doped In2O3 nanowires were synthesized on an Si substrate with the deposited Au layer by a CVD method and characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM , the PL measurement was performed using HeCd laser excitation at 325 nm. Fe-doped In2O3 nanowires preferentially grow along the [10 direction The PL spectra of the Fe-doped In2O3 nanowires show an ultraviolet (UV) emission and a blue emission. The property of PL of the Fe-doped In2O3 nanowires are discussed.

Abstract: The subject of interwoven fabric for trial used new environment acrylic fiber with different fiber materials. The warp thread of fabric has two groups, one group of 111.1dtex/36 polyester and the other group of 194.88dtex/ polyester/ rayon (80/20). Weft of raw materials can be categorized to seven kinds of blended yarn. A total of 24 experimental small sample trials were tested. 6 wear ability analyses of breathable, anti-wrinkle, anti-pilling, drape, stiffness and warmth of fabric were done. And reached some conclusions.

Abstract: (Cu-Al) co-doped ZnO thin films were deposited on glass substrate by the sol-gel method using the spin coating technique. The crystalline phase structure of the films were analyzed by X-raydiffraction.The photoluminescence spectra of samples were measured by fluorescence spectrophotometer. The results show that these films have a compact hexagonal wurtzitetype structure. five peaks have been observed from the PL spectra of the all samples,367nm (3.38eV),398nm (3.12eV),450nm (2.759eV),483nm (2.57eV) and 468nm (2.653eV).It is concluded that the violet peak may correspond to the excit on emission, the blue emission corresponds to the electron transition from the bottom of the conduction band to the accept or level of zinc vacancy.

Abstract: Wf/Zr-based amorphous matrix composite is supposed as a potential penetrator material of armor-piercing projectile because it has both advanced piercing performance and environmentally friendly property, and it becomes the hot spot of science study and engineering application. To get a deeper understand of the penetration mechanism and the influence of temperature rise on structure of target, target which is penetrated by penetrator made of Wf/Zr-based amorphous matrix composite is studied by SEM and micro-hardness tester. Oxidation of back of target is severe, and Martensite transformation happens around the crater. From the crater surface to the interior of the steel target, the section can be divided into 3 layers: the Martensite layer, the deformed fine grain layer and the normal matrix. Martensite transformation indicates the target steel around crater is heated and softened in penetration, so this phenomenon is beneficial to penetrate and get a deeper understand of the penetration mechanism.

Abstract: Potassium permanganate was selected as oxidant to treat cashmere fiber. Through fuzz mathematics method, the optimum treating condition of cashmere for potassium permanganate was got: temperature 50°C, time 20min, potassium permanganate 3g/L, pH 3; Through the fiber whiteness based on test result, optimum reduction conditions after potassium permanganate treatment was as following: Temperature 45°C, time 10min, sodium sulfite 30g/L, HAc 2%. Through test of felting, tensile property, compression property, it is obtained that potassium permanganate was suitable to oxidizing cashmere. After cashmere fibers were treated in optimum conditions, the strength of processing cashmere fiber decreases slightly, and the elongation and 15 second elasticity of compression recovery rate increases certainly.

Abstract: During the sawing process of cold sawing machine, it emergences of blade wear too fast, the current is too large, sawing not high quality of rolled products,Be aimed at those problem, the paper established the finite element of side shake structure saw blade and ordinary flat blade model, and using the ANSYS finite element analysis software to make the dynamics calculation about the two kinds of saw blade. Through the analysis and comparison of backlash saw blade and natural frequency, different cutting parameters effect of stress and deformation of the saw tooth transient, and the simulation results will be applied to the field of sawing testsThe results show that the backlash saw blade in the vibration characteristics, performance and other aspects of the force and deformation are improved compared with the ordinary blade

Abstract: Vanadium oxide thin films were deposited on ordinary glass substrates by direct current (DC) magnetron sputtering from a vanadium metal target and subsequent reduction annealing. The deposition and annealing parameters were given in detail. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The phase transition of the film was observed by measuring its resistance-temperature (R-T) characteristic curve. The results indicated that the film fabricated had a semiconductor-metal phase transition temperature of about 52°C, which is 16°C lower than the common phase transition temperature of vanadium dioxide film.

Abstract: The accelerated aging tests under salt fog conditions were carried out on two types of composite insulators in order to evaluate their anti-aging properties. FTIR spectroscopy, hydrophobicity, and hardness measurements were taken to characterize insulator housings' physical and chemical properties before and after aging. It was found that the aging characteristics were highly dependent on housing profile, aging time, and filling materials.
