Abstract: Shape Distribution (SD) describes the global feature of 3D CAD model which can be used to distinguish one model from others. But sometimes, different models may have the similar SD features. In this case SD is not suitable for 3D CAD model retrieval. Although two models have the same SD features, their oriented bounding box (OBB) and normals distribution may differ from each other. In this paper, a new algorithm based on OBB and normals distribution is proposed to tackle this problem. SD feature is used for initial retrieval, then OBB and normals distribution are used for fine retrieval. Experimental results indicate the efficiency and feasibility of the proposed method.

Abstract: To make quantum coin flipping protocols more practical, we propose a new method that makes single-shot quantum coin flipping (SS-QCF) protocols tolerant of loss and noise. First, we present a new SS-QCF protocol which is a modification version of the previous one by Berlín et al.[ Phys. Rev. A Vol. 80 (2009), p. 062321]. Next, we prove that our protocol performs well against loss and noise. It shows that the presented protocol is able to be applied in real-world channels.

Abstract: WSN is the network which is used mostly in the world nowadays, and it has the characteristics that lower cost and better functions than other kinds of the network, and the WSN network is built by the ordinary nodes and the super nodes.Theoretical study of the complex network is widely involved in the fields of computer networks, and the applied research becomes more and more important in the future. It has caused many academic attention about how to apply the complex network theory among the specific application in recent years. In the complex network theory, there has been a number of important research results about the use of the small-world network, scale-free network in the field of transportation.

Abstract: Repair and technical support ability of equipment are important factor restricting the persistent state of combat power. Along with the increase of service life of a certain type ordnance equipment, equipment performance become degradation, reliability decreases, failure rate increase.The purpose of this paper is to study the mechanism of failure, find out the fault rule, expert's experience with fault tree reasoning and neural network fault diagnosis technology being applied to the fault diagnosis, aiming to solve the difficult fault, shorten the repair time, improve the ability of technical support.

Abstract: The paper adopts CHAID algorithm using SPSS Clementine software tool to mine the collected sample data of mobile population in a city, primarily verifies the validity of decision tree method in the validity of data analysis application of mobile population, and briefly analyzes the mining results. The results show that, by analyzing mobile populations own characteristic, using the data mining techniques the characteristic of population was identified. It can help the government department to improve the performance of grasping the data of mobile population in real-time, and to be more targeted in the execution of public policy-making.

Abstract: A definition concerning the spanning sub graph and spanning sub graph circle is given. Use the enumerating methods of spanning sub circle; seek out the spanning sub graph of spanning trees. The theorems of constructing and enumerating the spanning trees are proved. The methods of enumerating and constructing connected graph spanning tree are proposed. The application examples of construction theorem and enumerating theorem are given. the spanning sub graphs number of five plane graph and the construction of Constituent sub-graph are introduced, thus verifying constructing and enumerating theorem are useful and effective. This method Is a Simple and easy method to construct the spanning tree of connected graph.
