Abstract: In this paper, we proposed a monitoring system called broadcasting and television program monitoring system (BTP-MS) used for improving the program monitoring with respect to automatic, intelligent and network level. To achieve the goal of enhancing the system monitoring ability, we designed a four-layer model of BTP-MS composed by data collection layer, transmission and storage layer, dispatching and configuration layer and data analysis layer, respectively. The designed BTP-MS model was implemented both in hardware and software. The results demonstrated that the designed model could greatly improve the efficiency and stability of program monitoring to ensure the broadcasting safety.

Abstract: We introduce a new across-peer rate allocation algorithm with successive refinement to improve the video transmission performance in P2P networks, based on the combination of multiple description coding and network coding. Successive refinement is implemented through layered multiple description codes. The algorithm is developed to maximize the expected video quality at the receivers by partitioning video bitstream into different descriptions depending on different bandwidth conditions of each peer. Adaptive rate partition adjustment is applied to ensure the real reflection of the packet drop rate in the network. Also the granularity is changed to the scale of atomic blocks instead of stream rates in prior works. Through simulation results we show that the algorithm outperforms prior algorithms in terms of video playback quality at the peer ends, and helps the system more adjustable to the peer dynamics.

Abstract: Internet of Things is a key component of next generation information technology. And Radio-frequency identification (RFID) is one of the key technologies of Internet of Things. RFID technology is widely used for supply chain management and inventory control. Furthermore, RFID has been recognized as a tool to realize a ubiquitous environment. This paper introduces a complete solution of UHF RFID reader system based on LPC1768 microprocessor and AS3992 UHF Reader chip for the Internet of Things. The UHF RFID reader uses the MCU chip of LPC1768 as main controller, which provides excellent multimedia performance. This reader uses AS3992 UHF RFID reader chip, which conforms to ISO18000-6B and ISO18000-6C (EPC global class 1 gen 2) standards. The operating frequency is 840~960MHz, which can be adjustable by users. This paper gives the complete hardware design of the UHF RFID reader.

This paper first gives the definition of computer forensics, and then introduces the features of computer evidence, principles and classification of computer forensics, finally describes the research status of computer forensics, points out the problems existing in the computer forensics and its development trend is forecasted.

Abstract: The semi-linear elliptic equation is an important model in Mathematic, Physics. In this paper, we study the Dirichlet problem of semi-linear elliptic equation with a logarithmic nonlinear term. By using the logarithmic Sobolev inequality, mountain pass theorem and perturbation theorem, we obtain infinitely many nontrivial weak solutions, and also the energy of the solution is positive.

Abstract: Practice training base is the main place for students to practice and also the significant organizations where universities do high level basic research and basic application research. Current situation and problem of practice and training lab management in college is introduced, such as the problems of equipments managements and class arrangement. To analyze the improvement areas of existing lab management practice, design the management platform of practice and training lab basing on Internet of things, using the modern management methods to improve advanced management skills of practice and training lab in polytechnic colleges. Taking internet of things and the characteristics of college into consideration, customized architecture of internet of things is discussed. Prototype of internet of things based management system is proposed. The sensor layer, network layer, support layer and application layer are constructed. Trend of practice and training lab management system and challenges faced are also briefed. Results: Through trial run in some colleges, designed internet of things based lab management system can achieve what is desired by college of polytechnic instrumentation on lab management system and work flow. High efficiency, simple operation, and powerful functions are also proven at the same time.

Abstract: Neural networks are widely used to learn and predict the correlation between input and output. However, in the process of learning, the excessive reduction of errors may influence the validity of prediction, this phenomenon is called over-fitting. In order to address this problem, this study sequenced the input data into one-dimensional data for the neural network structure of multi-dimensional inputs, and used visual graphics to observe whether there is over-fitting. This method is called one-dimensional linear interpolation method. The result of example validation proved that the proposed method can provide specific graphical information effectively, and determine whether there is over-fitting.
