Abstract: This article aims at designing and implementing a mood release system based on Android, with the result that, whenever and wherever possible, the users can release their moods. The key technologies of the system are the way the client terminator submitting parameters for Web applications and the mode to realize the communication between the client and the server. In our developed system, the client terminator receives the message from the server terminator, using thread technology and get access to the page source that server-side specifies, and investigation shows our system has a promising application prospect.

Abstract: The state-transition matrix in the linear control system has very important application. The calculation methods of state transition matrix Based on the theorem and an example have been given. Such as the method of Matrix diagonalization, Laplace transform, the matrix exponential function limited direct expansion, the differential equation and the method of undetermined coefficients usually can be used. Under different characteristic value and through contrast analysis, the author discusses the some of the calculation method. But the author requires readers according to the specific issues to make the best choice to calculate.

Abstract: High-tech talent is one of the important social resources such as energy and material, and introducing high-tech talent is an important strategy for the development of national science and technology. To extract high-tech talent information of variety research fields from massive websites. Firstly, we study the principles of Web crawler and Web data Extraction in the paper. Then taking the U.S universities as an example, we propose an intelligent method and procedure which can extract scholars name information from websites. Finally, we apply a classification algorithm to identify Chinese scholars working at overseas and verify the validity of the method in the experimental system. The accuracy of the classification algorithm is higher than 90%, the average accuracy of result information is higher than 77%.

Abstract: Ensuring data correctness and data completeness in cloud computing, in addition to security technologies, many other factors need also be considered, such as the behaviors of participants of cloud computing. This paper discusses the data correctness and completeness in cloud computing based on the perspective of game theory. It built a complete information static game theory frame between a trusted data center and an un-trusted database service provider, and gave the mixed strategy Nash equilibrium. It also proposed some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the data security in cloud computing.

Abstract: According to complex environmental identification for the problem of multitarget mobile and stationary state in a fixed scene, this paper provides a technology framework for the forthcoming coexisting multiple target detection and tracking, extracts video frame background map using the mean of multiple video sequences, makes edge detection of the background picture, judges the static target using positive and negative samples of the background image, and uses the Gaussian distribution of background difference to realize the extraction of foreground image. We utilizes the comprehension of non parametric statistical model and color model to eliminate the shadow of foreground image.After eliminating the shadow of the foreground image,we uses Mean Shift dynamic target tracking method to track the interesting objects. Experimental results show that it has strong robustness and stability for the influence of light slow change, occlusion and motion state.

Abstract: This paper introduces the application of edge detection methods in digital watermarking. Based on the characteristics of Human Visual System, in some watermarking schemes copyright information is embedded into edges or textured areas using edge detection methods. This survey covers the methods of edge detection used in watermarking system. A general model of watermarking embedding device based on edge detection is proposed. The research of determination of watermarking embedding position and strength in those schemes has been done. We give a detail analysis of those based on spatial domain and those based on transform domain. Finally, we point out the next steps on which we can keep going up, hoping for a better balance between watermarking robustness and perceptibility.

Abstract: As a kind of wireless communication, Infrared wireless data communication has been developing rapidly and has been widely used in the close wireless data communication. In this paper, there is the design and achievement of infrared communication system, which has realized the short distance transmission of voice and digital signal (temperature signal). The modem part of the system is implemented by the phase locked circuit composed of LM567. At the same time, with the single chip processor as the core, the temperature information which has been encoded is added to the audio signal and then to be transmitted to the receiver to be decoded to restore the temperature information. After the test of implementation, this system can transmit the speech signal and digital signal directly and the voice signal received has no obvious distortion. This system is simple in making and has a good application prospect.

Abstract: At present, Internet has brought a lot of benefits to people. In most situations, it has an excellent performance. It requires a continuous end to end network for providing a reliable delivery. However, in reality, there is a challenged network which is discontinuous with high delay and many interruptions. In these cases, conventional network performs poorly or cannot be available. Delay-Tolerant Network (DTN) is an emerging area which is used to solve the problems in that challenged network. As its name described, it can handle or tolerant high delay which could lead to a disconnection that may be many hours or many days. It introduces a bundle protocol and uses a mechanism of store and forward to implement a hop to hop network which can operate in the discontinuous environment. It is used in terrestrial civilian networks, military wireless networks and outer space networks which have a high delay. The reference implementation has been developed by Delay-Tolerant Network Research Group (DTNRG). It implements a mature architecture of DTN and provides almost complete functions on Linux operating system. Later, the Bytewalla project implements part of DTN architecture and functions on Android operating systems. It is defective and there is much space to improve it. This research concerns that the Bluetooth convergence layer increases the probability of communication based on DTN.
