Abstract: This study introduces a modified bidimensional empirical mode decomposition method to deal with high resolution images. To avoid solving large linear equations and calculating large matrix, the images are split into several blocks, processed individually, and subsequently joined into one. Thus, the complexity of time and space is lowered efficiently.

Abstract: Because traditional search engine has lots of defect such as return too much information or search result has little use, it is necessary to study on intelligent search engine. Base on the analysis of general search engine defects, this paper presents an intelligent search engine with multiple agent. Then, the structure and search process was discussed in detail. At last, the superiority of the new scheme was analyzed compared with the general search engine.

Abstract: Range safety control system ends up with the task or test of aircraft when there is an irreparable fault during powered phase. The security and the reliability are vital for safety control system. Inspired by the principle of quantum entanglement, we put forward a theoretical quantum safety control protocol which is based on two-step command transmission. In the two-step protocol, a quantum switch and a classical switch are fixed in the safety control process. Quantum switch and the classical switch are in charge of the transmission of cryptogram command and the transmission of execution command respective. Quantum principle guarantees the absolute security of this protocol. Besides, this is the first quantum safety control system.

Abstract: The paper focuses on design of an Internet of things intelligent basket system. The system is the public service platform with the internet of things technology which is used to buy the food, send the food and receive the food. The system includes two parts: server (web site) and the client (intelligent basket) and it can communicate between them.

Abstract: With the popularity of information technology, the application of electronic teaching materials will become the trend of development in the future. This paper first defines the concept of electronic textbooks, and then analyzes its features. Finally, the problems related to electronic textbooks are studied.

Abstract: In today's business environment, a flexible and scalable infrastructure that delivers service-oriented applications is in great need. We design and implement an approach of application deployment that by orchestrating various operational resources, delivers real-time response to business changes, ensures stable and efficient operation of applications, and therefore improves business benefits and reduces costs.

Abstract: As the lack of e-commerce professionals, the cost of investment, low return on investment, high-risk and other problems, it proposed the building of pay-for-performance trading platform. The current e-commerce enterprises develop key technologies and service issues. Pay-for-performance trading platform expand the traditional business e-commerce and enterprise at the lowest cost solution. Second pioneering demands enterprise e-commerce business model, less investment, quick returns advantage.

Abstract: Aiming at being hard to solve stochastic Dependent-chance Programming in uncertainty programming,a new algorithm for stochastic dependent-chance programming combined particle swarm optimization with random simulation for approximation of the chance function is presented in the paper. It overcomes the defaults such as needing a long time, complex calculation, easy falling into local optimal in the hybrid intelligence algorithm based on GA,the result of experiment shows the correctness and effectiveness of the algorithm. After testing its performance and comparing with algorithm of based on GA,the results show that the algorithm is more preferable.

Abstract: Classification of cases has been widely applied in medicine, and it is helpful to disease diagnosis to a great extent. At present, the classification of medical cases is performed by physicians subjectively based on clinical theory and knowledge, which may hinder the diagnosis and treatment in some extent. In this paper, a hybrid classification approach (HCA) is proposed for medical data, it consists of two parts, including feature selection and classification. In feature selection, critical features are selected from the original features through linear correlation. Based on the selected features, cases are classified by C5.0 decision tree. And the proposed approach is evaluated through four medical datasets of diabetes, cardiac Single Proton Emission Computed Tomography (SPECT) images, lung cancer, and hepatitis survival for demonstration. On the four datasets, HCA shows a better construction for obviously higher classification accuracies, and it also outperforms some typical integrated classification methods.

Abstract: The requirement and application environment are analyzed, aiming at the different out-bandwidth among nodes, a model for P2P media streaming is proposed, the problems that need to be mainly solved include: system structure, node collaboration mechanism, media data assignment strategy. The simulation experiment is applied, and it proves the system has better performance.
