Abstract: In this paper, we utilize recent advances in compressive sensing (CS) theory to enable signal acquisition beyond Nyquist sampling constraints. We successfully reconstruct signals sampled at sub-Nyquist sampling rates by exploiting additional structure. We present a working prototype of data acquisition hardware based on CS theory. The architecture is particularly suitable for sparse gas signals that are sparse in some transform basis. This prototype has the advantage of enhancing the performance of gas sensor arrays data acquisition system by decreasing the data amount and storage memory. We report successful recovery of four-paths surface acoustic wave (SAW) signal at sampling rates less than the Nyquist-rate, which represents perfect reconstruction performance and savings in the storage memory using less than 25% of the original.

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of bar code failure because of inadequate protection, pollution and other factors in the process of production, presented a new multi-information fusion technology used of residual bar code information, shape, texture and the weight information to identify the tool information in the database and recovery the tool identification. Experimental results show that the proposed scheme has better performance in accuracy, robustness and efficiency, can fully satisfy the actual requirement in production.

Abstract: An extensive particle swarm artificial bee colony algorithm is proposed, which integrates the global best solution into the solution search equation of artificial bee colony to improve the exploitation. The memory weight and neighborhood dynamic step are introduced to keep the balance between the global search and local search, and to improve the search accuracy. Particle swarm optimization is embedded into the modified algorithm for on-line parameter optimizing. The simulations have shown that the new algorithm outperforms the ABC algorithm on search accuracy, convergence rate and global search capability. It has been found many applications in optimization of manufacturing and design process.

Abstract: In this paper, an extensible system prototype of cloud storage is designed. Considering the load balance of cloud storage system, an improved data storage strategy based on consistent hashing algorithm is proposed in this paper. The strategy adopts virtual nodes to storage data and real–time monitoring of load rate of each storage node to adjust load balancing of the whole storage system. In the improved strategy, the priority is introduced into the storage system to rapidly improve the utilization rate of the new storage nodes. The strategy can effectively optimize the performance of the whole storage system, and improve the overall effect of the load balancing.

Abstract: BoVW (Bag of Visual Words) Model has attracted much attention for many computer vision applications in which an image is represented by a histogram of visual words. Two of its critical steps are to construct a visual dictionary and to quantize each local feature to its nearest visual word in the dictionary. In this paper, we present the framework of a generalized BoVW (GBoVW) Model in which feature quantization can be replaced by sparse coding based feature encoding. We also propose to use spectral clustering to construct a visual dictionary to overcome the shortcomings of K-Means based clustering algorithms. Image retrieval experiments on ZuBud database indicate that GBoVW Model improves BoVW Model and the visual dictionary generated by spectral clustering achieves better performance than that by K-Means based clustering methods.

Abstract: The problem of anti-collision tag is a common problem of the radio frequency identification (RFID) system. ALOHA algorithm and binary search algorithm is the main algorithm to solve the collision problem. This paper analyzes the effectiveness of binary searching of backtracking algorithm in time slot number of shortening identification tags. Combining the theoretical analysis what needs to be improved in binary searching of backtracking algorithm.

Abstract: Manufacturing and operation of wireless systems require a practical solution for achieving low-power and high-performance when using advance communication apparatus such as that using multiple-input and multiple-output (MIMO). Often algorithm solutions achieve very high performance but over only in a narrow range of operating parameters. This paper presents a hardware design of MIMO detection that allows real-time switching between various algorithms and detection effort to achieve high performance over the wide-range of signal to noise ratio (SNR) found in realistic operating conditions. We illustrate a design with over 80% reduction in detection power that satisfies the required quality of service (QoS) in SNRs (Eb/No) as low as 8.7 dB.

Abstract: This article innovatively puts forward that in the research of Chinese enterprise information practice, the construction of enterprise information capability should be combined with the enterprise information behavior. Firstly, on the basis of other scholars studies at home and abroad, the concept model of enterprise information capability is proposed; Secondly, the enterprise information behavior is divided into three types, the user, the IT staff and the organization information behavior, then the mechanism of how enterprise Information behavior acts on the formation of information capacity during life cycle of information system (IS) is discussed, at last the formation model of the enterprise information capability is brought forward.

Abstract: The near-band IR star images segmentation and recognition is key technique in day time star navigation. Due to the scene of near-band IR star imaging relative small and stellar with high star grade are limited. Pertinence and dynamic grey level threshold is necessary for image processing arithmetic. In order to enhance near-band IR star images segmentation and recognition in real-time, this paper present the process of partial histogram grey level threshold and improve for actually near-band IR star images with scene of no more than 1.5°×1.5°. It can reduce the calculation of near-band IR star images with adjustable threshold. And get rid of disturbance of small imaging square stars and noise points.

Abstract: As the fresh product of education informatization, the digital library is not only considered as the new version of traditional library, but also can lead to a new trend of digital reading. It provides the implement of knowledge management of teachers, with the school built as a learning organization. The digital library is designed from a perspective of knowledge management, in order to construct a platform of teachersknowledge management implements and to improve the development of teachersmajor
