Abstract: Requirement on signal processing of radar level system is higher and higher at present. Standards such as generalization, systematic and modular cannot be satisfied through traditional methods which were using software program, application specific integrated circuit (ASIC) to achieve fast flourier transform (FFT). Therefore taking advantage of field programmable gate array (FPGA) to complete FFT had been the choosing trend of most researchers. Based on arithmetic FFT raised by Cooley-Tukey, a new design scheme of base-4 FFT was put forward in this paper. The design flow of FFT was fairly simple for the rich resource and flexible intellectual property core (IP Core). Simulation and experiment results indicated that this method was easy and flexible, accuracy and reliable. And it can decrease the development period. The calculation speed was also improved greatly.

Abstract: The computer technology together with network technology, communication technology have built a complex basic platform of computer network and a middle platform network which relate human to human, human to machine and machine to machine. Hundreds of millions of GB data generated from these platforms is stored in Cloud Computing Center. Based on this background, the paper analyzes the historical inevitability of IOT and big data, expounds the concept, process and methods of big data mining, and analyzes the natural relationship between big data mining and business intelligence. Through the deep mining of big data, its an unchangeable trend for us to grasp the user or personal behavior pattern and make marketing decision and overall consumption prediction, and then to achieve a comprehensive and advanced business intelligence.

Abstract: In the presented article, a novel multi-objective PSO algorithm, RP-MOPSO has been proposed. The algorithm adopts a new comparison scheme for position upgrading. The scheme is simple but effective in improve algorithms convergence speed. A sigma-density strategy of selecting the global best particle for each particle in swarm based on a new solutions density definition is designed. Experimental results on seven functions show that proposed algorithm show better convergence performance than other classical MOP algorithms. Meanwhile the proposed algorithm is more effective in maintaining the diversity of the solutions.

Abstract: In order to construct concept lattice without rebuilding the whole structure, we introduced some basic notions in FCA and Graph, such as concept, cover, maxmod and so on. In Section 2, we elaborated the procedures of a proposed algorithm for computing the covers by adding non-dominating maxmods to the intent of a given concept. After that we analyzed time complexity with comparison to other relevant researches and proved that our algorithm is superior to other algorithms. In the end, we discussed a few open issues.

Abstract: Cloud storage has so many advantages that it has been an ideal way to store data. So, the technical questions of security and reliability should be researched. Access control and encryption are used for security of data storage. Redundancy technology which can improve the data reliability in cloud storage includes replication technology and erasure code. Under the specific experimental environment, the erasure code has an absolute advantage in fault tolerance and storage capacity.

Abstract: According to the characteristics of Ad Hoc networks, distributed intrusion response mobile firewall system is designed based on mobile Agent. Surveillance agent monitors neighbors communication behavior, and reports to the control agent. Control agent is in charge of judging, and activates tracing agent and blocking agent. Defensive agent is set up in system to keep the firewall mobile features. Depending on semi-Markov process (SMP) theory, we have created a dynamic behavior model of the mobile firewall system and analyze the performance of network security.

Abstract: Phase unwrapping (PU) is a difficult task commonly found in applications involving interferometric synthetic aperture radar (InSAR), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and optical surface profile measurements; all of which involve mathematically ill-posed problems. Conventional algorithms exhibit strong shortcomings in PU when phase discontinuity flaws exist. To simulate these situations, we are custom-designed test data with a phase discontinuity flaw. This simulated data is a 3D Gaussian distribution with an arc-shaped notch as a phase flaw. PU is carried out by Bayesian inference and MRF (Markov Random Field) modeling. A graph cut algorithm is employed for optimization with respect to energy minimization. Three other conventional algorithms are also employed and their PU performance is compared. The results show the good performance and effectiveness of the Bayesian MRF modeling method. These experimental results are important references for phase unwrapping problems when phase discontinuities exist.

Abstract: In this paper, it has introduced cluster analysis of data mining algorithms in detail. Hierarchical clustering and partitioning method are emphasized. The principles of mathematics are elaborated. The monitoring system of water environment is composed of data collection, data transmission, data storage and data reasoning components. Cluster analysis applies to the data storage behavior. With the analysis, the key elements determining the water quality level are modeled easily. The modeling tools has created good quality information module, defining classes and attributes. It has reduced the database storage, analysis workload and prepared for effective ontology analysis.

Abstract: With the exploitation of coal, the water pollution is increasingly severe. The quality of waste water treatment becomes the key point to the sustaining exploitation of coal resources .According to the need of coal mine water monitoring, the water monitoring system based on internet of things is designed. The system contains: data collection, data transmission, data storage and data inference. By ontology, the model foundation and deduction of the monitor data are both carrying on to realize the intelligent management on the coal mine water.

Abstract: The paper mainly studies the automatic positioning system of LED chip electrode based on machine vision technology, The main idea is taking, analysis and processing the LED chip images through the machine vision technology, and accurately finding the LED chip electrodes and their coordinates, then sending the coordinate informations to the servo control system to achieve precise positioning the LED chip electrodes. This paper focuses on the identification and coarse positioning of the LED chip, the precise positioning of the LED chip electrodes and analysis of image matching accuracy
