Abstract: The numerical simulation of air bubbles breakwater was presented in this paper. The two-phase fluid of water and air was assumed as a variable density fluid. The numerical models were developed by FLUENT in order to explore the air amount scale in the system of air bubbles breakwater . The impact of double air discharged pipes on the wave dissipating performance of air bubble breakwater was obtained, which illuminated that under the condition of equal total air amount of Qp, the wave dissipating performance of air bubbles breakwater with double air discharged pipes breakwater may not be improved in comparison with the air bubbles breakwater with single air discharged pipe.

Abstract: Through the mechanical properties experiments and analyses of ordinary marine concrete and marine concrete with fly ash added, it was thought that the proper content of SAP added could release free water for cement particles to continue hydrating during the curing stage, guarantee adequate water. So, SAP could significantly improve the performances of marine concrete. As to marine concrete with fly ash added, because part of fly ash took part in hydration process of cement particles and another part filled in gap structure of concrete, the appropriate content of SAP added was different from ordinary marine concrete and it should be according to the amount of fly ash added.

Abstract: Based on the 2-D tidal current and sediment model, the field of tidal current near the sea of the secondary Diaoliang reclamation in Zhoushan was simulated due to the construction of the southern dike. After the simulation , the result was varified by the measured data .The impact on the surrounding sea and the annual change in erosion and deposition after the project was analyzed. The results show that the local current velocity in the eastern side of Luomen sea area features obviously decrease because of the reclamation project. The deposition is presented in the Diaoliang bay with the mean siltation intensity of around 0.8m/a, as well as about 1.1m/a of Luomen wharf apron .

Abstract: In the foundation of massive area examination and the indoor laboratory static mechanics triaxial tests, choosed the appropriate soil body elastoplasticity modeling according to the serviceability and the usability, and established the macroscopic numerical model of the soft soil of Yingkou coastal zone, summarized the influence of different burying depth, the level thick to the location project nature, seeked the rule of region soft soil subsidence. It was validated the established earth statics model by the axial symmetry question's radial direction draining concretion test and undraining concretion test and choosed reasonable subsidence computational method compare with conventional av1-2, e-lgp and so on standard method and definited the subsidence empirical coefficient Ψs of this area for estimate subsidence. Based on contrast of three kind of model computation and the triaxial test, we have obtained the region soft soil practical modellings, the Yingkou coastal zone usesd nonlinear elastic (Duncan and Chang )model to be more appropriately.

Abstract: From the point of flood integrated risk analysis and risk dynamic management, analysis and discussion the reason of flood disasters occur frequently. Flood risk management is divided into six types: flood risk, flood control project risk, flood investment risk, flood plain risk, flood eco-environment risk and flood control decision risk management. Furthermore, a risk assessment model was established, and this paper puts forward four targets of flood risk management, eventually forming flood risk management flow, which provides a framework for flood integrated risk analysis and risk management.

Abstract: Choosing the development activity of sea reclamation in 11 coastal provinces, cities and autonomous regions of China, according to the characteristics of the scale of sea reclamation during 2002-2012, and using the statistical analysis software SPSS, this paper applies clustering analysis in classifying the development status of sea reclamation in the 11 coastal provinces and cities of China, concludes the growth characteristics of sea reclamation development activity, puts forward the constraining factors which prevent the scale of sea reclamation from growing and the management countermeasures for the development of future sea reclamation activity.

Abstract: Accurately estimating the deformation of high-rise building is a very important work for surveyors, however it is very difficult to get an accurate and reliable predictor. In this paper, artificial neural network has been applied here because of its good ability of nonlinear fitting. On the basis of the high-rise building monitoring data, three prediction models including the BP, RBF and GRNN neural network prediction models were established, the comparative analysis for the prediction accuracy of the three models was obtained. The results show that neural network is capable for prediction, and GRNN possess higher capability in prediction and better adaptability in comparing with other two neural networks.

Abstract: Geodetic datum transformation and inverse transformation are very basic tasks in geodesy, and surveying engineering, etc. Considering the rotation angles are in seconds, the rotation matrix is simplified, and then the observation equation is easily linearized and solved by least squares technique. The inverse transformation is derived explicitly, which uses the property of rotation matrix and Rodrigues matrix. A numerical case is studied to validate the approaches in the paper.
