Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Urban Pedestrian Traffic System

Abstract:

While vigorously promoting sustainable urban transport development today, as the most basic mode of transportation, pedestrian traffic draws people's attention. Meanwhile, China's urban population has seen a accelerated aging trend, which will have higher requirements in pedestrian traffic environment. This paper discusses the characteristics and position of pedestrian traffic, analyzes the main problems of current domestic pedestrian traffic and proposes countermeasures.
