Abstract: According to the characteristics of Wet Flue Gas Desulphurization (FGD), this paper brings forward the automatic control requirements and the control methods. The automatic control system is composed of a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and an industrial control computer (PC). The automatic control system can monitor the operating parameters of FGD system automatically and conduct automatic control and adjustment to FGD system. The PLC is responsible for the data collection and automatic control, while the PC is responsible for the surveillance of FGD system operation and the data processing through mutual communications between PC and PLC, which realizes the communication between human and machine and ensures the safe, stable and economic operation of the FGD system.

Abstract: When the system reaches the static voltage stability limit point, Jacobian matrix is singular. By checking if minimum singular value is zero, its very easy to determine whether or not Jacobian matrix is singular. So the minimum singular value of Jacobian matrix can reflects the degree of system voltage stability effectively. Firstly this paper introduces singular value decomposition, analyses load characteristic and excitation limits involved in this method and examples on PSD-FDS are demonstrated. At last, suggestion on voltage stability monitoring by minimum singular value is proposed.

Abstract: To tirelessly perform the farming tasks, the remote control technology is getting more attention in agricultural production. In this work, the remote control for an agricultural robot was implemented, and then performances were tested such as the remote control distance and the tracking accuracy along a straight narrow and long furrow on a flat cement road. The results showed that the remote control distance was beyond 350m with no obstacle and it was down to 150m if there were obstacles like many humans between the remote and the platform. The tracking error becomes larger with the increasing remote control distance, and the suitable distance is less than 30m, at the speed of 1.5 m/s of the platform according to data from an RTK-GPS receiver. It is promising to apply the remote control technology along with the moving agricultural machines or for small-scale agricultural production.

Abstract: A high efficiency full-bridge converter is designed and implemented in this paper. The measured data result from the other converter implemented by IC UCC3895 compares with that of the previous converter. This full-bridge converter of phase shift soft switching can obtain about 92% power efficiency in conversion procedure. This design used L-C resonance circuits to achieve power switch tube soft switching.

Abstract: According to the transformer status assessment results, the corresponding maintenance strategy can reduce maintenance costs, improve reliability of the transformer and extend service deadline and service life of the transformer. Since transformers can be seen as a typical gray system, the method of gray clustering decision is proposed to assess transformer status. This article established the whitening weight function, analyzed the status information which is involved in transformer status assessment and gave the steps of gray clustering decision.

Abstract: This paper analysis the working mechanism and structure of vortex flowmeter and the street flow meter hardware circuit design. Signal conditioning circuit was designed including ultrasound transmitter receiver processing circuit, traffic signal conditioning circuit ,programmable amplifier and anti aliasing filter circuit.The temperature measuring circuit , infrared communication circuit and supersonic signal control electric circuit. These circuit to ultrasound dedicated chips UTA6902 as core. The vortex flowmeter was design of the design of liquid crystal display program, the design of temperature programming and the design of ultrasonic signal acquisition and processing program. It can be verified in the experiment.

Abstract: The blind recognition of channel coding is playing more and more important roles in smart communications. The paper took rate below 1/2 binary cyclic codes to research, we established a model using counter of continuous bits 0. At the basic of studying the features of binary cyclic codes, when the condition about the rate is satisfied, we made a statistics of the continuous bits 0 in a long sequence of code words to get the length of code word n and the length of information k. In the condition of higher BER simulations, we improved the method to make it suitable for estimating the parameter.
